Get dressed up and go out?

How often do you get dressed up to go out? Not just dressed but dressed up in fancy clothes? I like to wear nice clothes to church but I don't get extra fancy. That's saved for special functions. This year we'll be going to a convention and I'll have to find some type of gown to wear to the reception.

I only dress up when I'm going to function or somewhere were it's appropriate. Otherwise, I'm usually in a T-shirt and jeans or my hoodie and joggers.

I don't go out unless I have to, so I don't get all dolled up. Just simple makeup and something comfortable. I have a couple dresses, but I'm not really the dress type. I like my denim skirts better.

I useually get dressed when I go out because when I skip that step people throw garbage at me .

I'm also into the minimalistic look when I'm out - I never try to over do it as that's what makes you look poorly dressed for the occasion.
