Video games that are too scary for you now (or maybe were when you were a kid)?

Are there video games you find too scary to play, or found too scary to play when you were young?

Friday The 13th (NES) used to make me jump when I played when I was about 8 or 9. But only when Jason would jump up out of nowhere and kill me.

As for now, I specifically look for horror games for the newer stuff. I'm not a fan of Silent Hill or Resident Evil, as I find them boring as hell. I like the more psychological horror type stuff like Layers Of Fear.

Honestly, it took me a while to play and finish RE 7 because of how scary it was. I had to mentally prep myself before every gaming session and if I felt anything crawling on me I immediately turned on the light 🤣

If they ever really made Hellraiser game just like in the movies, it's definitely going to still be the most scariest for me.
