Blizzard Angers Fans & Modders, Quietly Remove Promised TCP/IP Multiplayer For Diablo 2 Resurrected

Blizzard must've learned from their friends at EA how to shoot themselves in the foot to tarnish their image even further. Angering the Diablo 2 Resurrected community by going back on their promises. It's like they love taking advantage of their communities just like they take advantage of their female employees. What's your thoughts on this?

What happens when the servers get shut down? Hmm? Gotta love it. Another hit on game preservation another game that will be abandoned for it's classic version in the future. I've got too many other older games to catch up on anyway.

Seriously - this wasn't expected from my standpoint and with the way things are going, it's definitely not going to end well for the game or the company all together.

I believe that their reason for removing the ultrawide support was because according to them, it breaks the game.

Yeah, "it breaks the game" just means they can't be bothered to make the necessary changes to make it work. They are taking the lazy approach.

Exactly - There is always a possibility of having a patch fixed for it to work properly but maybe we don't really know if it's fixed another issue may prompt from it. Who knows?

Just like Activision over the last decade eh? I'm not even surprised at this point.

And shockingly, they still have a lot loyal subscribers who still patronize them all the way.
