Head_Hunter Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 Mountain climb is definitely an option. It's a racing game I played via my mobile some time ago, using a vehicle that is in form of tractor to jump from one gallop to another.
Empire Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 Too many games ape the climbing mechanics from Prince of Persia: Sands of Time without the environmental hazards and wall-running acrobatics that made SoT fun. I think the worst climbing I've seen was in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, which had a ton of simplistic skimming along ledges without anything that would make that activity exciting.
kingpotato Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 There is a lot of games with good climbing mechanics, the first that comes to my mind is the Assasins creed series, also in shadow of the colossus climbing is a central part of the gameplay.
