The Nemesis from Resident Evil 3 is terrifying! The relentless pursuit and grotesque design create constant dread. Silent Hill monsters are iconic too!

I agree - the nemesis monster especially with the way it just smashes through walls and is basically a juggernaut is scary as hell.
