How big is your appetite?

Recommended Posts

Are the kind of person that loves to eat heavy whenever you're eating or the type that loves to eat small in bits? I can't have a big food dished at once for me to eat, if I see the food big, I will lose my appetite immediately. I love eating in small portions until I'm filled up.

How big is your appetite?

I'm like the void. I'll consume almost everything in my path provided the food is delicious and I'm hungry enough. My mother used to tell me that my stomach was like a bottomless pit. It's a good thing that I still have a very high metabolic rate so I burn it off quite easily and I exercise a few times a week so that also helps.

It was when I was still a teenager that I used to eat like that. I still remember how I used to eat back then, even when the food was very hot, I eat it like it's never hot.

I have always had a high metabolic rate so I can eat a lot of food and burn it off almost as quickly. Before you know it, I'm hungry again, lol.

As long as you have a high metabolic rate, it is not any problem that you have a very huge appetite because your body is always making use of whatever you have consumed.

Yep. It's pretty funny that I will eat almost a whole table worth of food and within two to three hours, I'm hungry again.

I have a big appetite. I tend to eat bigger meals for breakfast and lunch at times. Then I'll snack throughout the day, and have another semi big meal for dinner. I will snack here and there but not too much before bed. Though when I'm at work, I only eat during my breaks and lunch I never snack on anything else.

Sounds like me. I do tend to snack quite a bit throughout the day and eat a heavy breakfast and lunch. My dinner usually tends to be the lightest meal most times.

My mother will tell you to come and swallow her whole since your stomach doesn't get full 😂.. I laugh so hard whenever she say that with the kind of face she makes.

My mom used to say I was trying to eat her out of house and home and she couldn't afford to feed me because one month of groceries is done in one week.
