Kane99 Posted August 28, 2020 Posted August 28, 2020 Whenever I buy a physical game, I always go for the steelbook version, as I like how they look on a shelf. Do you guys prefer to buy the steelbook version? I feel it makes it worth buying physical more, as it's more collector friendly. Plus, some steelbooks look awesome.
The Blackangel Posted August 28, 2020 Posted August 28, 2020 I can't really say I do. I have ended up with a few, but I don't specifically look for them.
KuroInDistress Posted August 31, 2020 Posted August 31, 2020 Never have bought one, Never felt the need to. But no qualms with people who do. it's great as a collectors item
Heatman Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 As far as you're a collector, it's definitely going to be something that would appeal to you. I have picked up a few of them as well and they looked cool on display.
Withywarlock Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 I used to make a point of getting the steelbook versions of games, which strangely could sometimes be found cheaper than the plastic counterparts at some stores (in the same condition too). Nowadays I don't bother, but they were a nice edition to one's shelf back in the day.
