StaceyPowers
@killamch89 started a thread asking whether video games should be more integrated into education, but I don't think we have a thread yet for talking about games we did play in school. What video games were you assigned to play in school, if any, and which did you like or dislike? We didn’t play many video games in school, but I do remember as a kid in elementary school they had us play The Oregon Trail, and I was soooo bad at it. The Blackangel
We were never assigned any games, but the library had 2 that were really popular. Operation Weather Disaster and Skytrip USA. It was a complete crapshoot on whether anyone got lucky enough to get to play either as they were almost always taken. That was when PC games required the disc to be in the drive to run. OWD was always my favorite. Edited December 8, 2020 by The Blackangel
killamch89
I didn't really play educational games at school because in third world countries, the majority were way behind when it came to technology.
Heatman
I can't really remember any game that was recommended or assigned for my cousins at school but we did picked out a few one's from here that were very useful. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cnet.com/google-amp/news/15-educational-video-games-for-kids-in-quarantine-that-are-actually-fun/
