Any sites that keep track of esports stats?

I don't think this has been asked, but are there any sites to go to for finding stats on esporting events/tournaments, and other esporting stats? I'm curious to see if there are places I can go to see a list of the top teams, players, and their key stats. Anything like that exist yet?

That can vary wildly between games what game are you thinking off?

Just any games really. I mainly want a place where I can find details on many games and their leagues. Does that make sense? Like, there's got to be a site where there are updates about esports leagues/events/tournaments etc, and the games that are popular among those leagues. A site that has all of those details and stats in one place. Maybe even a place for user profiles from the pros with their stats in the games they play. 

Kind of like an overall esports guide.

I never came to a site that does all types of games. If you into CSGO then you would go to that site based on that game. It's hard to say really since there are sites that you do gamble for, yes real deal.  No idea if this is what you after or looking for https://gameanalytics.com/

I think at twitch you can get to review it's players stats and find every statistics of their careers in opta numbers. That's where most of the streamers go look out for.

YouTube have wide list of videos of any kind, I believe most of the datas of the E-sports or stats is stored in YouTube via video contents. Twitch is an option too, since it's the home of E-sports.

I believe YouTube and twitch-followers will keep statistics of some of the E-sports games.

I know some couple of websites that is good for tracking esports stats. It include Esports Charts, Liquipedia, ESPN Esports, and Dotabuff.
