Top 10 franchises I am a fan of (or loyal to if you wanna use the term):
1. Deus Ex
2. Doom
3. Duke Nukem

I wouldn't say I am loyal to any game franchise either, though there are some franchises where I collect all the games, even the bad ones.

For me I would say I'm loyal to The Legend Of Zelda. Granted there are several that I flat out don't like. Wind Waker was too cartoony, Twilight Princess was just annoying with the whole wolf bullshit and the forced ability cutaways, Skyward Sword wasn't even a Zelda game. Those 3 I don't play. But aside from them, I'm a die hard fan, and have beaten almost every other Zelda game with just a few exceptions. I haven't beaten Oracle Of Seasons/Ages, Minish Cap, and BOTW. But that's because I just got into playing them recently. Older games from NES through N64 I have beaten. I did beat 4 Swords on GameCube as well, even though it wasn't really a true Zelda game either. But then again, neither was Majoras Mask, and I played the hell out of it. I'm not counting ROM-Hacks in this list. I have 2 out of the 3 that are available on SNES, and the games are so god damn hard I honestly wonder even IF I'll ever beat them.

1. Invincible power
2. Teleport
3. Kill larger "area of people" with power as in MOBA games. 
4. date hot girls which you can't in real life. 
5. Respawn forever.   

Being a complete psycho with a gun is fun.
And going places I could never go to irl like space or fantasy realms.

Tea bag someone after a gunfight...

1) Carjack and kill people
2) Use Magic and use weapons such as swords and axes
3) Respawn after I die.
4) Do what the hell I want without many restrictions.

I can't reasonably claim to really know you, but from what I see of you in glimpses here, I see someone I respect who has inner power that a lot of people couldn't imagine, because most people can't truly empathize with the daily challenge you face just waking up and living your life.

I like this place because it's open to everything video game related. Also another selling point for me, is that it's a fairly small community. There's not 100,000 people going nuts here, so the conversations carry more weight and stay more interesting. The site is pretty lenient towards letting people be people (for example, language use), so it's a relaxing place to talk.

With around 20,000 likes - it looks pretty good!  Are you all able to get much traffic from it?   How long was this list in the making?

"Ah shit. Here we go again" - CJ GTA San Andreas.

The whole group in FF8. Squall, Rinoa, Zell, Irvine, Selphie, and Quistis. When I shut the game off to go to bed or whatever, I always feel like I left the party early and everyone else is still hanging out having fun. Like when you're a kid and no one wants to leave because, god forbid, you be the first one to go home and then find out the next day that you missed something huge. It's that kind of thing for me with them. This next thing I'm about to say it pretty pathetic, but I'm going to say it anyway. They FF8 group are about the only family I have.

Back in the days, when GTA Vice City and San Andreas were around, I used to clock 16+ Hours playing those games on the weekends - well on Sundays anyways because I used to go out on Saturday Nights.

Probably about 10 hours several times, back when I used to play Halo 3 on the online multiplayer. 

Raptor claw, during my childhood I was a big fan of Dinosaurs and obviously because of Jurassic Park the Velociraptors where always the most badass predators.

If you were given the option of owning the largest Megalodon tooth ever discovered, or a Velociraptor claw (depiction from Jurassic Park) which would you choose? I'll throw in for this question that neither will cost you a penny, and both are absolutely priceless. 50 tons of gold aren't worth a fraction of what either is worth. Why would you choose one over the other?
Something you might find interesting, is that I have a 5" Megalodon tooth, but unfortunately no raptor parts.

Continuing off of the discussion here, a review cannot possibly cover everything, at least not in-depth. So do you usually prefer:
1. A review which tries to cover everything, but can only do so with a small amount of detail.
2. A review which is focused primarily on elements like gameplay, graphic quality, mechanics, etc.
3. A review which is focused primarily on elements involving story, characters, and themes.
Or, does it depend on the type of game you are playing?
In my case, I think it depends on what type of game it is and what makes me interested in it. If a game interests me because of its gameplay mechanics, that’s probably what I want to read about. But if it is a game’s story that sounds interesting, then I am more interested in hearing about its themes and writing quality. In both cases, I prefer in-depth reviews that focus on just a few things.

People may laugh at this, but this forum is the closest I come to online gaming. I've given it a fair shot several times in different games and different platforms, and I just hate it.

I played a random game called "Guns of Glory" (just to earn in-game points in my main game that I'm playing at that time) then someone messaged me to join in their kingdom and since I'm a newbie, I joined to their kingdom like really don't care at all...but I'm glad I joined with their kingdom because they're really fun to hang out with and it became a new reason for me to play the game. Nice lads! 

I used to play Lords Mobile a while back (I plan on going back soon) and we used to have a thing called kingdom wars where players from two or three kingdoms went head to head to see who is superior. I once ported to a hive (a cluster of players in a specific area was called a hive) and I saw this one player and attacked him. Unknown to me at the time, he was attacking a guild from his own kingdom(which is stupid for obvious reasons). So I destroyed him and I started getting messages from the members of that guild that I was their savior etc. Long story short - that guild ended up helping us to win the kingdom wars and shortly after the event they migrated to our kingdom where our guild (we were the rulers of the kingdom at the time) took them in as allies and protected them.
