Just watching video reviews and reading written reviews, tbh. The latest iterations in the series are supposedly way more RPG-focused. Not only that, but I believe they've had more development time compared to the other titles.

Duke Nukem is downloadable if you purchased it before it got pulled off the shops but it's no longer supported.
It was removed due to Gearbox suing the crap out of anyone releasing Duke Nukem games that weren't them, who later released the World Tour Edition which has not been released on PS Vita.
And yeah Merczone has been a go-to handheld shooter for me for years. And yeah, love that people are still playing it.

That's even if you had internet in the first place. Like me who didn't have it and yet wanted it just so I could play FF 11.

If you're searching for side scrolling indie games like Limbo and Inside you should try Hollow Knight, the Swapper, Salt and Sanctuary and Deadlight. Ori and the Blind Forest is also a great choice and  Sundered. If you don't mind the platformer aspect then I would also recommend Bastion, Pyre and Transistor, from SuperGiant Games.
If you want something to keep playing for a long time you should try Dead Cells, this is by far the best side-scrolling rogue like indie game out there 😛 All these games are super cheap so I would check them all out if I were you 😄

I am sad to admit that I did end up renting Superman 64 once and regretted all the seconds I spent on it.

Persona series, Tales of Series, final fantasy and .hack series all have great music. There is always a track a person can enjoy.

Wreck it Ralph is a good call, I didn't really consider it but a good movie for sure.

Doom was ok, but not seen the Final Fantasy animated movie. After giving it more thought, Wreck It Ralph is arguably the best video game movie, though it's not based solely on one game. Thanks for commenting!

The only horror game which I play is Dead by Daylight. It's mostly horror survival but it still has horror elements. I also have the Amnesia games and I might try them in the future.

Man this is tough as most of them have been truely terrible, Max Payne and Assassins Creed stand out to me as among the worst.  As for good ones, the Doom movie with the Rock was enjoyable in its own way, also the animated Final Fantasy film back in the day was awesome, and the animation quality was way ahead of its time.

I played it over a friend's house and the combat was a lot of fun. Surprisingly good game!

I remember the Wolverine game was a lot of fun.

Hrmm, for me the PS3 had a lot of meh games on it compared to the PS3, I guess what stood out the most for me was The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series.

Oh, and Killzone Mercenary has a surprisingly active MP community, even to this day! Which is awesome. 

That's a superb list of Vita games and many of them are titles that I play a ton, too. So weird that Duke Nukem got discontinued, remember playing it on Vita so wonder if I it's downloadable still? Full fat Borderlands 2 running on a handheld is impressive, even with all the bugs/stutters. But, yeah, Killzone Mercenary is the system seller imho. What an incredible looking game. Best FPS on handheld. Period.

I'd be sooo down for a remaster of Morrowind -- yes! I'd also love to see Aliens Vs Predator return in some shape or form. Either remaster/remake Rebellion's 2010 effort or remaster/remake Monolith's Aliens vs Predator 2. 
I'd also like to see *proper* remasters of the Silent Hill series, 1-4 ideally. But not a shoddy hack job like the last Silent Hill HD Collection...

I'd have to say spy thief although I'm not to into stealth based games.

Dreamfall, the sequel to The Longest Journey is personally my number one worst game that I've played. It gets several character backstories wrong (which is stunning considering it was written by the same writer), the voice acting is abysmal compared to the first game, and it tries combat and stealth without succeeding at either.
It has a decent soundtrack and pretty good graphics but that's about it.

Alien: Isolation is a brilliant game! Every frame oozes with atmosphere and I really feel the dev team tried super hard to capture the authenticity of the first Alien film. Great choice! Resident Evil 1 and 2 are classic horror games without a doubt. Not played Dino Crisis, but it's supposed to be pretty good (some of the same dev of RE I think). Amnesia: The Dark Descent pretty much started the whole "walk around somewhere really scary and don't give the player any means to defend themselves" philosophy that was later popularised by Slender: The Eight Pages which was kind of a viral sensation. Personally, I love both those titles. 
Doom 3 is great but I could never get into the F.E.A.R series even though I tried a few times. Thanks for commenting! 

I would say Alien Isolation is my favourite horror game at the moment. Perfectly captures the suspense and tension from the movie which is impressive for a game.
Resident Evil is definitely on top of my list, especially the classic ones from the PS1 era. I'm also a fan of Dino Crisis which were similar to Resident Evil except featured dinosaurs in place of zombies. I'm not really into a lot of horror games since most of them don't really scare me and rely too much on jump scares to really get creepy enough for me. Amnesia: The Dark Descent I absolutely hated due to how much it made me feel like I was just controlling someone who got scared rather than me being scared. I also tried and hated Slenderman: The Eight Pages since the darkness just covered up really bad graphics and the gameplay wasn't engaging enough to make it a good game.
Also had a lot of fun with the F.E.A.R. series, even though they weren't really ever that scary. And Doom 3 I enjoyed for its atmosphere.

Inside and Limbo are definitely up there. Journey and Little Nightmares are on my list as well, they were both great.  Also, there is new one out, Typoman, that looks pretty good although I haven't played it yet.

For me it would be Shovel knight and Shanate, there is another but I just can't remember its name right now.
