  1. Windows 10 64 bit,Desktop.I open this site in one firefox window. Then I get the song I want to post on a different tab in firefox. I hit share on the u tube page and the code that crazy crab successfully posted is there. It only says it copied to clipboard. The only way I get paste or copy options is if I right click on the code. And it does nothing.Hit ctrl and c it does nothing.paste/copy does nothing.I'm about done.I'm f**king up the thread.
  2. Copies to clipboard and I don't know where it goes to link to the post.I'll try manually :https://youtu.be/5-g-f_j5z9k
  3. watch.htm l try to copy the url of the video but it just does an indication on the screen and does nothing else.Says to drag and drop but that doesn't work either.
  4. HTML link not working rightJudas Priest - British Steel (Full Album)
  5. Def Leppard On through the night (When they were a rock and/or roll band .Not the mess they are today, loved by chubby pink soccer moms)
  6. A graphic equalizer might help .I don't know how to do it in software terms but you can run your voice through the EQ and cut some of the lower frequencies. At least a part of the difference between male and female voices is males have more bass style frequencies. With a good eq you could cut the bass and listen to tones in your voice you like and boost them.As far as pitch shifting not much besides an Eventide processor sounds sorta like a toy. Eventide doesn't have cheap stuff though.
  7. I should have been more clear. The beeping has nothing to do with the HDMI link thing. It's just saying it has turned on.IIRC three beeps is a bad sign.
  8. Lamarr is the professors pet head crab in Half Life 2.(shes a girl). Strelok is a character in the STALKER games.
  9. I was never a fan of split screen.I don't have anyone around I could play with. Also, I've sorta got a Single player mindset. Relax and take your time. The online gaming mindset is a bit different, which is fine. Everytime I've played online I just get anxiety for various reasons.
  10. I'm with ya Kane. Just because they can take a lot of heat,I don't wanna run it to the redline all the time. With ALL electronics cooler is better.
  11. As long as it only beeps once I'm fine with it. Kingpotato it sounds like you have the HDMI link option checked in your ps4 settings. If you uncheck it the tv and ps4 will not turn on at the same time.I sometimes check the box so I can have both tv and ps4 turn on and switch to the ps4 port on the tv automatically.
  12. Yeah Kane that's not a bad rig at all.Boy did I luck out. I got a rx 570 8 GB Vram card for 150 bux just before GPU's went insane. Then i got a i7 4770 for 100 bux and I'm set for a while. And yes you can get some really good deals on pre builts if you do some shopping. But you know how your rig runs. I just shut down everything except what I need when gaming. I'm still in that mode from running potato pc's way back.At the worst your rig will probably just shut down.
  13. I don't game online at all but back in the day a buddy and me would take turns playing the Gran Turismo games. He was a beast on that game. I generally think of online gaming as a shithole half full of assholes I don't tolerate. And Blackangel I've been playing acoustics and shredding 80's style for 40 years! These are good times to get really good stuff cheap if you shop well. There's some amazing tech out there for cheap.
  14. You didn't state what you have for CPU and GPU. When I game I turn off any processes that are not needed.Updaters and etc through task manager. Also often check your start up apps and turn off the ones you don't need at startup. And IDK if discord and a browser take a lot of resources, but it does take SOME resources. Also you can try different settings inside the game too of course. I actually turned ( I think)anti aliasing off in a game and it played AND looked better.Sometimes there's not much difference between ultra and high settings but it'll chew up a lot more GPU power. Of course if you have an i9 and a 3090 I don't think you need to worry about it.
  15. Meh. We disagree. Which is fine.I started on Win 98 and the last couple years I've been more frustrated with Win 10. I've been on 10 about 1.5 years and I'm sick of MS trying to control my pc.It's unacceptable to me.I fully understand people that stick with Windows. It takes time and effort to get gaming on Linux but I've been playing with Linux Mint for a couple years so that makes it easier for me. I definitely need to figure out how to ramp up the fan speed on my GPU through Mint.Even with cleaning and re pasting my rx 570 8 GB Vram card gets really hot without turning the fans up.So I can't play many current games through Mint right now.But I'm starting to get to grips with fan control on Mint. Also I'm lucky I don't need to use Win 10 for work so I have a choice.I understand the people that don't want to tinker with things and just use Windows.I was like that once.
  16. Fun fact: Gaetz is looking at federal charges of transporting minor girls illegally across state lines.Just a POS of a human. I watched most of the trial. One of the guys he killed and the one he wounded did have guns pointed at him. The other he killed hit him on the head with a skateboard but he started the whole damn thing. Also he chose the jurors from pulling them out of a tumbler so he didn't literally choose the jury. And that judge. Just an idiot. I've been watching trials for decades and I don't think I've seen a judge hate a certain side ever like this. I just saw that rittenhouse is gonna be on Faux news because of course he's their new hero.F*****g depressing.
  17. True skyfire. My problem is finding an app similar to afterburner on Linux. I can play lower demand games but even after cleaning and re pasting the gpu it still runs hot playing higher demand games. It's been a dead end trying to get an app that can run my gpu fans at a higher rate on Linux.I don't use the office apps so I don't have to worry about that. Linux has made progress but still has a ways to go for sure. And as far as ease of use, windows wins for sure.I'm simply fed up with windows at this point.Windows 10 has a few years of life so hopefully by then Linux will be better.
  18. I'm in the process of ditching Windows for Linux gaming. It helps I don't game online. And Steam is my primary pc gaming app.I go in Steam and open Lutris and it will launch the game.It does take some tinkering but it's really worth it. hell My steam controller even works with Stalker and I couldn't get it to work through Windows. I admit I've gone down a few rabbit holes but it's been worth it. Origin and Ubi's nlauncher still suck bad though that's no fault of Linux.
  19. I'm sorry if I sounded pissy with my remark.AMD seems a bit behind Nvidia in current ray tracing. It'll all get into the mainstream eventually I'd guess.
