  1. My dad had built my first computer for me in 1995 or 1996! 🙂 I only had it to play CD-Rom games. I remember having a yellow keyboard for my first keyboard and it was meant for kids. I loved it but I can't find any images of it on the internet.
  2. I custom built mine and it ended up being about 3,000. I don't remember the exact amount, but it was around that figure. The one prior to that was maybe 1,000ish but I needed a bit more.
  3. I love listening to music when I'm playing Call of Duty when I know I'm not going to talk to people really. It gets me in the zone! 🙂 I listen to a wide variety of music while I game.

    Original Gamertag?

I chose the same one I had on the playstation so yes. I was trying to do a different one, but it was taken so just went with what I knew wouldn't be taken. xR3V313x - Reverie but with numbers lol.
  5. I often just wish they would revamp/remaster the older games and maps. I also wish they would embed more of the alien game, extinction, that they had on Ghosts. I think it's cool they keep bringing more content, but I think honestly it could just be DLC'd content and you just continue paying for new DLC instead of a whole new game.
  6. Dome (MW2), Terminal (MW2), Hijacked (Blops2), Free fall (Ghosts), Fog (Ghosts) These were a lot of my favorites. Dome and Terminal is like my FAVORITE memories. I enjoyed Dome because it was just a big circle in the end, the spawns were easy to figure out where people were going to be next. Terminal was amazing because I like that it was mostly in one building, but then you could also go outside. Hijacked had the factor of going under the deck and be in close quarters. Free fall - it was a cool map and with the right attachments you were non-stoppable. Fog was perfect for Michael Myers! It was so so cool how they implemented that.
  7. Outlast was good, but I honestly did not complete it because it scared me too much with the jump scares. 😛 I was more so worried about throwing the controller and breaking it from the fear. Until Dawn was an interesting play though. I know when I first played it in 2015 it scared me a lot more than when I played it through again a few months ago. The graphics were amazing for its time, but now playing it again I noticed the graphics were not amazing. I like the main characters cast! Hayden Panettiere was one of the main characters in it.
  8. I would say I spent about $200 for special edition games, then all the DLC packs, but possibly more honestly. I know with Destiny 1 and 2 I bought all the DLC's, but don't recall the prices for them. Then of course there is Call of Duty with the DLC maps and weapons bought with a seasonal pass.
  9. Kingdom Heart is still a game I'm obsessed with so it will always be my favorite playstation game! When I think of Playstation though I will continue to remember Need for Speed games too, but really they ended up being frustrating for me so not so much my favorite, but playable games. 😛

    Heylo!

I always continue to go back to Runescape. I can feel that I'm about to go back now lol. Especially for their new necromancy stuff. I need to finish a quest line first though. I know these both aren't considered MMO's but they have the similarities. I've been playing Diablo 4, and then also Destiny 2 is an obsession and it's more FPS, but I love it.
  11. My husband and I met and what brought us together partially was our enjoyment of games. We enjoy playing video games together and enjoy discussing games. We don't really have arguments over it or anything. Towards the very beginning of our relationship and he lost his job during COVID he played games and didn't communicate with me for a week, it almost ended there. Discovered he was just upset and down on himself, after he realized I was not going to be put off like that we haven't dealt with that again. Obviously we worked out since we still decided to get married lol. In my previous relationships I preferred if they were gamers because I wanted to have that hobby as something we both could be doing.
  12. It does actually look like a game I would like to play, but I'm probably going to wait a bit until I get it. I didn't think it would have been a game I'd be interested in but after watching the promo video for it I was rather surprised!
  13. Goodness that would be a long time ago. It was definitely on the Playstation 1. I believe it was Need for speed, but unsure which one. I remember my dad playing the Final Fantasies and I tried them, but took a long time before I enjoyed it. I also had Spyro: Year of the Dragon, so that might have been one of the first games I played and played a LOT.
  14. I think it is a cool offer. For a long time I felt like the PS+ games were very Indie based, but there are a lot of times where they have some main titles too, but usually I already have the game so it is pointless. I think if they could ensure to always have a non-indie game is available I am sure it'd be better. I enjoyed this benefit though because I could try new games - sometimes I would find out I like them!
  15. My things just fit better horizontal, and I'm not just so used to it that I would prefer that layout. In my opinion it just looks better horizontally. My PS5 has to be vertical though and luckily my TV stand in the living room allows for that much room and still manages to look good. I had to take a shelf out of my entertainment center thing though due to it.
  16. I prefer for my main gaming to be on the PC now a days, I like the chair I have and the distance from the monitor and etc. I do still play with a gaming controller as if I was console. I also play on my switch a bit from time to time. My PS5 is where I would like to play one game specifically because I don't have it on the PC, but I'm putting it off for now.
  17. My dad preordered my Playstation 4 for me when it originally came out. I've otherwise just waited a few months to get the newer console. I always think the first 3-6 months is when they can trial and error the console and make sure they will not mess up so early on.

    Heylo!

Hey there, I'm Reverie! I'm 31 and I enjoy video games. Kingdom Hearts is what got me started, but I enjoy FPS and MMORPG's now a days. Looking forward to getting to know you all in the community! 🙂
