  1. Not at all. If they had just plain admitted they took artistic liberties and put a disclaimer "this game is not accurate" I think people would've loved it as an alternate reality thing. So the issue wasn't really the gender thing but more them acting like jackasses about it.
  2. Hey, I don't mind badass female soldiers in WW2 situations. I just mind them trying to convince us it's based on historic facts...
  3. Yeah, the Resident Evil and Tomb Raider movies were pretty bad, though props to Angelina Jolie for really getting in shape for those movies and doing all the stunt work herself. And at the time she was a perfect casting choice. I can't really think of any game movie adaption I've enjoyed other than as a "so dumb it's enjoyable" movie, like the previous Doom movie which admittedly had kind of a b-movie charm to it. I hear good things about the most recent Tomb Raider movie though, which I haven't seen yet. Seems worth checking out at least.
  4. For most AAA games it feels like they are trying to target both demographics with things that cater to both. And with most games nowadays giving you the option to play as both genders, I feel they are very gender neutral. I think gender marketing is more common in the toy business to be honest. As well as TV and cinema tends to sometimes have content that is specifically gender targeted. Not saying there aren't games that are very specifically gender targeted, but they're not that common.

    Beverage

I typically drink plain water, sometimes with some lemon juice in it.
  6. I've heard good things about XSplit.
  7. I don't pay for it so I have no idea.
  8. Depends on the time of year. During winter I tend to prefer a hot cozy temperature while during summer I want a more cool temperature to cool off from the heat outside.
  9. 10: Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus A game that took everything I loved about Wolfenstein: The New Order and cranked it up to 11. Amazing story that continues where the previous game left off. Just an incredibly engaging and thrilling game that mixes stealth and action perfectly. 9: DOOM (2016) After Doom 3, I was eagerly anticipating another entry in the franchise though it would take quite a while until we got a fourth installment. With 2016's remake/sequel DOOM, I feel we got a pretty proper DOOM game for our generation that keeps the oldschool gameplay but modernizes it in all the right ways. It plays more like Serious Sam than original Doom but has an amazing soundtrack, gorgeous visuals and perfect controls. 8: Tomb Raider (2013) 2013's remake of Tomb Raider is probably one of the best action/adventure games to come out this decade. It perfectly captures the essence of Tomb Raider but still gives Lara a more proper reboot point and shows us a side of her that is less hardened. Being the first of a trilogy that ended with last year's Shadow Of The Tomb Raider, we've now witnessed Lara's growth into the badass she's meant to be. 7: Duke Nukem Forever (2011) A lot of people didn't really like this one when it came out but in my opinion it is arguably the best game in the franchise. It captures the essence of Duke Nukem's world and character and also has more gameplay variety than its predecessor. It's not a very good but as a Duke Nukem game it's pretty much a goddamn homerun. It's bad taste humor, it's pop culture references and most of all, Duke is the king of the world. From beginning to end I just consider it a really fun experience if you can allow yourself to not take it too seriously or go all SJW on it. 6: Saints Row IV It's Saints Row The Third with super powers, more dubstep and DLC that allows you to play with the gang from Hey Ash Whatcha Playing. It's all around a good time in my opinion. 5: Far Cry 5 Far Cry 5 might be my favourite in the franchise. It's the first one to be a perfect co-op game for one, and has the most gorgeous environment of all the games in my opinion (easily rivaled by Far Cry 4 though). I also love the characters and the world and just love getting lost in it. 4: Fallout 4 It's not a good Fallout game. But as a standalone experience it's still ace. Have spent way more hours than I like to admit on this game. 3: Deus Ex: Human Revolution Just all around one of the best game experiences I had this decade. Open ended gameplay, engaging story and an amazing soundtrack. And despite lackluster boss fights, it's one of my favourite games. 2: Bulletstorm Cursing protagonists, a dystopian sci-fi setting and some of the most fun and inventive ways to kill people I've ever seen. If you haven't played it I highly recommend picking up the Full Clip edition on Steam now. 1: Borderlands 2 It took everything I loved about Borderlands 1: The Diablo-esque gameplay, the bazillion guns, and gave it a much better story, better visuals and all around is a perfect co-op shooter in my opinion. It's even more fun with community patches.
  10. If it's a game I like a lot, then yeah.
  11. Huge regret never meeting him or seeing Prodigy live...
  12. Most of the old NFS games are for Windows, which means you can't run them in DOSBox since DOSBox only emulates a DOS PC environment. You can play the PSX versions in a PSX emulator though.
  13. One game I've always wanted to play the full version of is O.D.T. I've managed to get it working in VM but not really well and it's difficult as hell to get working on modern PC's.
  14. I have some posters up that came with collector's editions or as bonuses.

    Anthem

No, and it's only happened in rare cases from what I've heard. I would assume they are working on a fix for it. In any case my review is for the PC version which works pretty well all things considered.

    Anthem

Only on PS4 and in rare cases. And there is a fix for it if it bricks your console.

    Coffee

I'm a cappuccino or moccaccino girl.
  18. Honey and cinnamon granola with milk and raisins.
  19. Red. Also a huge fan of black.
  20. Blue though my favourite colour is red.
