Considering there is no DOS version of Tomb Raider 2 that would be impressive. The only DOS game in the series is the first one and that runs fine on any PC I've run it on.

I do it once every year as a routine just to get an idea of where my health is at.

Tiny Tina's Assault On Dragon's Keep for Borderlands 2. Just an amazing DLC throughout with plenty of references to DND and nerd culture. And a surprisingly heart-tugging ending.

I turn off the game and play something else.

Don't really have a favourite to be honest. I find all companies release both good and bad games. id Software is pretty consistently releasing games I enjoy though. And I admittedly love the stuff 3D Realms is putting out nowadays.

Super Mario World. Played it every day I got home from school in the 90's and to this day I still pick it up once in a while.

I typically go for a bard or charisma oriented character.

Duke Nukem 3D gets my vote. Considering what it did for the genre and just how playable it still is, I think it's an awesome FPS. I mainly just love how explosive and interactive the world feels. It took what Doom did and just made everything a ton more fun.
