  1. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. If that doesn’t count, The Outer Worlds.
  2. Honestly, I have no idea. I don’t have that good of a read on trends like that.
  3. Creativerse Started playing it with a friend of a friend. It's an interesting little game, to be certain. Far from a favorite, but I can kinda see the appeal. In many ways it reminds me of Minecraft, although I admittedly prefer actual Minecraft in some ways. I've decided to make it my ambition to create a giant spaceship in the sky of my friend's world for me to live in. I plan to base the external design on the Humanoid Science Vessels seen in Stellaris. Since one cannot view the interior of spaceships in Stellaris, I'm gonna wing it with regard to what the interior of the ship looks like. Although I have a pretty good idea where I want the bridge... After I do all that, I'm gonna create a model of a Protoss Dragoon at ground level. Maybe a small squad of them, even. And then maybe just build an entire Protoss base, I dunno. I must construct additional pylons regardless.
  4. I hear it's really good, despite the subject matter. Unfortunately for me, it hit way too close to home when I first tried it. It was too similar to my job at the movie theater at the time, so I stopped playing because it felt like work. I entertained the idea of revisiting it as of late, but I'm not sure. Watching Jacksepticeye play it (twice) was entertaining though.
  5. This is my beef with the transition from Mega Man X to Mega Man Zero. Omega is using Zero's Mega Man X frame supposedly, but he comes out as a palette swap of Zero as he is in the Mega Man Zero games that boss fight occurs in. There's a laundry list of reasons I take issue with this portrayal, but I've managed to come to terms with it with the explanation that Zero simply received another upgrade between the X series and the Elf Wars in the Zero series backstory. This is why Zero appears the way he does when the series starts and why Zero's old frame (in use by Omega) looks exactly like he does currently. As for why the old frame lacks Zero's Z-Buster, I don't know what to say. Zero's use of said buster has been on the decline since X4, though, so perhaps eventually he had it removed to reinforce his Z-Saber specialization. But both Omega and Zero in the Zero series have guns anyway, particularly pistols, and they effectively serve the same role in their arsenal that the Z-Buster did.
  6. Halo 5: Guardians I've been playing it on-and-off over the week in an attempt to pin down why I stopped playing in the first place. I don't consider it a bad game – the campaign was mediocre at best and the REQ system makes me angry by its very nature, but that's the extent of my complaints; the gameplay itself is the best Halo has ever had, in my opinion – but something about it keeps me away from playing it on the regular, unlike past Halo games which I played quite often...
  7. Night owl. Definitely night owl. I've tried waking up early multiple times, but I always ultimately go back to being a night owl.
  8. Underta– nah, just kidding. Everyone and their great grandparents has heard of that one by now. Melody's Escape is a bit of an obscure one. It's kind of what you get when you combine BIT.TRIP RUNNER and Audiosurf. Like BIT.TRIP RUNNER, the object of the game is to dodge obstacles on an autoscrolling course, and you need to perform specific inputs to do so. Like Audiosurf, the course is generated based on your choice of music. It even has Steam Workshop support, so you can reskin the player character however you please. I have skins based on the Mega Man franchise, myself; I think I had a Mega Man Zero-style Zero skin on last time I played.
  9. Well, I'm admittedly not very good at the "planning" thing, so I try to wing it usually. Sometimes it works... sometimes it doesn't.
  10. Honestly, I have no idea. Part of me hopes so, though.
  11. Spider-Man: Far From Home. 8/10
  12. Never played either. Wouldn’t know what to tell you. Although I’ve watched Freeman’s Mind multiple times through, so I’ve already been pretty much spoiled with regard to the first one and at least part of the second one.
  13. Depends on the kind of day I’m having. That said, any of JT Music’s rock raps are pretty good contenders. As is “Souls Electric” by Brokenkites and “Fragrance of Dark Coffee” by Noriyuki Iwadare – that’s Godot’s theme music from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Trials & Tribulations. I also really like “Enter the Gungeon” by Doseone, from the video game of the same name.
  14. Bicycle. Definitely bicycle. Easier to maintain, and you don’t need a license to ride. At least, not in the US.
  15. Yes. For the purposes of the culinary arts, I suppose it is a vegetable, but in botany, I’m pretty sure it’s considered a fruit. Don’t quote me on that, though; I’m not an expert. If a botanist tells you otherwise, I’d defer to their judgment. Avengers: Endgame. Before this movie came out, my answer would be Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
  16. I don’t remember. I’ve only ever been to one in my whole life, but I can’t remember which one it was to save my life. I know it was an East Coast US beach, but that’s about it.
  17. Hacknet It was gifted to me by a friend. I'm enjoying it so far. It kinda gave me a refresher course on how terminals work, at least in some capacity. It's not the first time I've used a terminal. I'm sure not all the commands are the same, though; this is a game, after all.
  18. That would be awesome. I'm not sure I could make it. I would need a passport first, which I don't currently have. And that's assuming I get picked in the first place... lol
  19. I solemnly swear that I have never shoplifted in my life. 😇
  20. Just about every 4X game you can think of is slow to get started. Sid Meier's Civilization, Stellaris, Space Empires... These games are long and slow to start, to the point that I'm pretty convinced the entire genre is this by definition. The problem with games like these is that you need a lot of time on your hands to be able to commit to them, at least if you want to play multiplayer, especially with more than one other person, which IMO is the most interesting side of these types of games. Of course, in single-player, you can play at your own pace and be just fine throughout, which is also quite fun.
  21. Team Fortress 2 Pubbed with a friend. I discovered I'm a pretty crappy Battle Engineer even by Casual standards. 😆 I perform better with the Jag instead of the Gunslinger. Now if only I could hit my Frontier Justice revenge crits more reliably. Honestly, today made me want to play that game more often. It was pretty relaxed.
  22. I... don't know. I know there's an Xbox release, but that's several versions behind the PC release. If there is a Playstation version, it probably got similar treatment.
  23. I’ve lost count how many turf wars I’ve witnessed, honestly. I’ve been in the postgame for so long, I’ve grown used to them. lol
  24. Monster Hunter World (Xbox One) Did some hunts with a very close friend of mine. Weekly bounties, most of them. After he had to go, I finished up my bounties. I did something I rarely do throughout the day. I went into each hunt with a different weapon. While my favorite weapons will always be Sword & Shield and (as of World) the Gunlance, when taking the Hunting Horn out with me on a solo hunt, I had been reminded just how much power that thing has behind it. I was hunting Dodogamas for the weekly bounty, and I didn't even need to sharpen before I took it out. (Don't ask how that's supposed to work with a blunt weapon...) I imagine I'd have had similar results bringing a Hammer to that particular hunt, but I'm still amazed at how effective the Hunting Horn actually is. I hear people often underestimate the thing, or just misunderstand it outright. In some ways, I prefer it over the Hammer as a blunt weapon. It's got better reach, for one. I wanna go through and master each and every one of the weapon types the game has to offer. All these varying playstyles are a lot of fun.
  25. StarCraft II Leveling up the Egon Stetmann co-op commander, a Terran character from StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty who takes to the battlefield in this mode with the robotic Mecha Zerg Swarm. Therefore, the game treats him as if he was a Zerg commander. He's a pretty fun commander, but he has some issues.
