  1. Chinese companies are now smart enough to clone a device but change around a few things so that they can't be sued for copyright.
  2. From the test, it's comparable to its desktop 3080 counterpart which means that it's a solid gaming laptop. The only thing is we've yet to see a Ryzen based laptop from MSI. I'm not sure if they have any plans to do either.
  3. That's right folks! The Galaxy Note lineup is not dead but Samsung has decided to delay one for this year due to chip shortages and other issues but they plan to release one next year. As a Note owner, this is great to hear. What are your thoughts on this?
  4. Another one from Asus that was announced earlier in the year is finally on the market. It's a Ryzen based gaming laptop with 3080 and up to 32GB RAM. What are your thoughts on this?
  5. You know as a massive fan of Q3A myself, I didn't know this game existed. It looks fun but I hardly heard anyone talk about it or talking about it currently so I'll have to do some digging.
  6. I'd also go along with strongly encouraged. You want a bit of freedom in your RPs - when they're enforced they have to follow a strict guideline and that makes it less fun.
  7. The only 2-D game I currently play is Final Fantasy Record Keeper for Android and to be fair, it's one of the better mobile games. Yes, it has microtransactions but you don't really need it to be successful. you just have to be smart with your resources.
  8. I'm not sure to be honest. I tried looking it up but I haven't seen anything about that so maybe it's some sort of glitch. Are your currently playing it on PS3?
  9. Not really surprised if I'm being honest - most gamers have moved on from these platforms. Other than a select few, most people don't play these games anymore. That being said, I still don't support this move.
  10. Honestly, I haven't played both in ages and it's a shame too because I really loved both games growing up. I used to wreck my friends in Q3A, sometimes hitting them with missiles halfway across the map. I sure do miss those days...
  11. I'm going to be honest, I'm not really looking forward to anything this year...maybe RE 8 but that's about it. As @m76 says, there isn't really anything that exciting coming out this year.
  12. In my case, I find myself thinking of new Skyrim builds and crafting a backstory in my head. Often, I'll actually spend some time writing down some of the ideas I've come up with and add or subtract things until I'm satisfied. Then I'll look up mods and other things to complement that build.
  13. It depends on a bunch of factors - some studios prefer that their VA understand the mindset of the character their voicing so that they can perform effectively. Others may provide the VA with a bit more freedom.
  14. It's the Elder Scrolls universe unfortunately. In the Elder Scrolls universe, the mortal races pretty much descended from the deities so they retain a bit of their power. In essence, it means that even the weakest mortals have can use magical abilities like Levitate (In every other ES title except Skyrim but we have mods for that). So realistic movement isn't really the norm in a universe like this.
  15. I'd say I'm hooked to Skyrim, I haven't put that game down since it was released about 10 years ago and I don't intend to either. Even when Elder Scrolls VI is out, I'll still be playing Skyrim sometimes.
  16. Back in the day, I remember them having a Mortal Kombat comic that I used to read all the time. I know that a new one has been released but I've yet to check it out.
  17. It really depends on the game's universe. For instance, in games like Skyrim, have realistic movement is prohibitive because almost every other NPC you encounter has some kind of supernatural ability - even the mortal races. They have magical abilities which can alter their movement speeds along with all kinds of things so realistic movement doesn't really fit into this universe.
  18. GTA V is an excellent example of this - the single-player story is extremely solid but the online component is whole different beast. The only real complaint I have with this game is that they are constantly making brand new content for the multiplayer mod but no DLCs for the single-player.
  19. Nope - I haven't even seen a PS5 in real life anywhere. At this point, it's like a mythical unicorn to me - I always see them everywhere else except in reality.
  20. I play it all the time - my favorite position on the field is RW but I'm more of an inverted winger because my strongest foot is my left. I love to cut inside and shoot with my left foot.
  21. Omega weapon in Final Fantasy 8 is infuriating and you can kill it with Selphie's special which has an ability called the end which instantly kills it. Ozma from Final Fantasy IX is also really infuriating because it'll adapt its tactics to your setup so you'll always be damaged by your weakness.
  22. Somebody please put away the onions...
  23. When Walker finally realizes that the atrocities he has committed, you can see how broken he is because he thought he was saving lives but he was ending them instead.
  24. As a kid, I cosplayed as Sub Zero and Scorpion but as a grown man, I haven't done it. People have their preferences but I'm just too old for that kind of thing. The only reason I'd do it is if it was a part of some kind of play or re-enactment of a series.
  25. This is when Walker realizes that he's been responsible for all the deaths of so many innocent people and his squad. He realizes that he's been the antagonist the entire time.
