  1. Thanks for the link mate. I've been trying to find another way of tracking my games so I'll definitely check out Backloggery.
  2. But it's only free unless you keep paying for the PlayStation Plus subscription. If I'm not mistaken, Greedfall cost something like $70. Also, from the multiple playthroughs I've watched and reviews I've seen, the game does seem to be awfully repetitive unlike Dragon Age (at least the earlier games) or Mass Effect.
  3. It's Activision's top selling franchise - there's no way Call Of Duty will end any time soon because a good chunk of their yearly revenue comes from COD. At this point, I'm more inclined to think that they'd give up WOW before letting the COD franchise die.
  4. To be honest, I haven't played it that much either. I mean it is a solid game from what I've experienced, I just don't feel like playing it for extended periods of time. I'm normally a sucker for most Tomb Raider games but I seemed to have lost interest somewhere along the way...
  5. I can totally relate but my way to snap out of this is to give myself about 3 hours at most before I find something to do to get myself out of that rut. I find that going to hang out with my dogs always lifts my mood.
  6. I'm a bit of a machoist so I do tend to like extremely difficult games but it has to be done fairly. Not any cheap scripting BS like EA - now that I can't tolerate.
  7. 1 is up for debate because I do like Cell shaded graphics in some games but two and three I have to agree with. Fortnite in particular is guilty of number 3.
  8. AMD's new gaming processors are ridiculously powerful and they now offer the higher core count processors in upcoming gaming laptops so I can't wait!
  9. There products are mainly popular here in North America. Although you don't hear most tech Youtubers talk about them much, they do occasionally bring them up and they always mention their reliability and quality.
  10. I agree - the design is quite horrid but who knows? They may just change the design. Alienware also demoed a handheld gaming device at last year's CES but we haven't heard anything about it since. It's a huge knockoff of the Nintendo Switch so I don't think it will be a hit but we'll see.
  11. Alienware's laptops are always very big and bulky and ridiculously overpriced so that's a definite no for me. I'm not even considering one at this point.
  12. True. By then most of the bugs have been fixed and there are any long-term effects, we'll all be knowledgeable of it. Also, the price drops by quite a bit in that time.
  13. Honestly, I'm more into the Galaxy buds plus or the buds Pro.
  14. Ironically, Samsung and other smartphones are way better all-round choices compared to gaming phones simply because gaming phones have so many drawbacks and negligible benefits so getting a gaming phone isn't necessary unless you are a hardcore mobile gamer.
  15. Actually they don't and is one of the most known reason for their losses in recent years and they have even started to go down that route now because it is more cost-effective which they should've years ago.
  16. Samsung is already going the Apple route of offering less features for the same price. The S21 series is a huge downgrade on the phones from last year and the trend will get worse unless we start voting with our pockets.
  17. Most tech are made in China but the big difference is that most companies aren't based in China and as such, have no connection to the Chinese government whereas the Chinese smartphone manufacturers are all linked to Chinese government and are used to gather intel. I simply forgot about this because a good number of countries have been banning Chinese tech companies long before the US started to do it. If anything, the US is late to the party.
  18. Give it until June, we'll start to see far more stock of next gen consoles. I'm more focused on getting the new Zen 3 processors and a 3090 but once I have those, I'm definitely getting myself a PS5.
  19. I concur. Nothing groundbreaking at all - although, to be fair, there isn't much they could really add to make it a truly revolutionary product.
  20. If you're playing VR games, you can still have the online social aspect so while it can't replace the real thing (and shouldn't), it can act as a substitute especially with Covid around.
  21. Not to mention the custom game modes you can play with friends. Sometimes I just love when we all jump into a vehicle like the Avenger and fly around terrorizing tryhards. There's nothing as enjoyable as seeing a tryhard rage quit.
  22. I'd say my attention span. I hate linear games with very little progression and lots of limitations in terms of how I can play the game. I also hate games with very cheap gimmicks.
  23. Since you play Skyrim and Fallout games already, I'm not sure what to recommend because those are the only two RPGs that comes to mind when I think about these games.
  24. So true. Video games give you an avenue to help take your mind off things for a while or even work it out in your head. The only real downside to gaming is addiction and that isn't really a gaming related issue as it is a lack of self discipline which causes that.
  25. It depends on the game really. In Skyrim and Witcher 3 for instance, I do a lot side quests because they provide you with info that you normally wouldn't come across in the main storyline which really adds to the game's main story and immerses you more into the game.
