That's the thing with playing video games on handheld devices. You would be urged to play almost all the time you have the opportunity to play because the platform is with you always. You will have yourself playing more than the usual hours or duration you're supposed to play.

What Unreleased Game Are You Most Excited About?
Heatman replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Actually, game delays are good when they are targeted at making sure that everything is covered in the game's development and design in order not to have anything rushed which might leave the game broken on launch. It's why I prefer it when developers don't announce anything on the game's release until they are certain that the release date they are giving would meet a specific deadline. -
There's been a lot of studies on this subject. What I can deduce from it is that it might work for some and not work for some. If it works for you with your depression problems, then you're in luck, otherwise depression is too big a problem to be corrected with just only video games.

What Unreleased Game Are You Most Excited About?

If there isn't any specific date scheduled for the game's release this year 2022, it's most likely not going to be released this year. Take a look at God of War Ragnarok, it was supposed to be a released in 2021, it never came out. It was set to be released in 2022 but with no exact release date, it's not yet released. It's likely to drag into next year 2023. -
This is a very interesting development but I'm a bit disappointed with Nigeria that's supposedly the Giant of Africa isn't among the 10 countries that are pushing for this major breakthrough in Africa's gaming industry.

What (real) cities would be coolest settings for open world games?
Heatman replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
That's very correct and there are few more games that have African setting come up in its gameplay. Games such as ; 1. Far Cry 2 2. Resident Evil 5 3. Sniper Elite 3 4. Tomb Raider : The Last Revelation 5. Serious Sam : The First Encounter 6. Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain -
It was with older games that saw the use of cheat codes rampant but with most new game's designs, it's dropped drastically. Although there are still few new games that still makes use of them. Games like Fallout New Vegas, Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA 5, Skyrim and GTA online. One peculiar cheat code in GTA online is having to input the code 1-999-3844-8483 in a cell phone and it would reduce your wanted level by 1 star.

This Monkey King : Reborn looks like it's going to be an interesting animation. I'm a big lover of animations especially the one's with good storyline and plot development. I will try and watch it before the release of Black Myth: Wukong.

There are few games that are set in Africa. You can check out this article HERE and read more on them. Although, none of them are AAA games but they look good. -
At this moment, there isn't any AAA video game's studio in Africa which boost so many well doing countries with a huge fan base for video games since the year 2000. Why have AAA video games studios eluded or evaded Africa for years?

I haven't tried any of such programs on laptop but have actually tried a few of them on my smartphone when I mistakenly deleted my pictures, which all of them were just trash apps that didn't do shit. It all went and copied my already existing pictures and brought them up as recovered pictures. Dr. Fone - Data & Photo Recovery app is one good example of the app. Even the reviews on the app says the same. It doesn't work.

I have held off on upgrading to Windows 11 ever since it came out but it seems like Microsoft have called it when we all get to jump ship over to Windows 11. Let me use the 3 remaining years to enjoy the time I have left for Windows 10 and be prepared to use Windows 11.

I got derenched by the rain two days ago and since then, I've been battling with catarrh. I'm already on drugs, so I should be fine in a few days.
-
At the moment, I don't have any need or rush to jump into Windows 11 because from the looks of everything, the Windows 10 version is still very much better. Also Microsoft is still going to support Windows 10 till 2025. Why the rush to Windows 11 when I still have 3 more good years to enjoy all the features in Windows 10?

I just rounded off a solid win in my league match against a very much stronger opponent in Top Eleven Football Manager. The match didn't go as the opponent expected. It was a good day and match for my team 😊.

The event that led to the death of Kobe Bryant was a horrible one, no one would wish to go that way. I get why it affects you that way whenever you get into playing NBA sports games. That on its own is a very big emotional stress.
-
You can't mention stressful without talking about Darkest Dungeon which is a dungeon crawling RPG with a high stressing mechanic. When situations aren't working well for the characters, their stress level gets spiked and they can die from it.

Unreal Engine 5 going to be the one to make realistic graphics?
Heatman replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
There are so many games listed there and the one that's I'm interested in would be Black Myth: Wukong and Hell Is Us. When both the games get released next year 2023, I have my final say on them. -
What (real) cities would be coolest settings for open world games?
Heatman replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Africa is too vast that it's got so many cities that can be explored for video games development in an open world setting. I'm not sure if game developers have touch up to 10% of the African continent in developing open world games. -
I'm very surprised that no one ever thought about Final Fantasy 7 Remake Final Trailer.

Vibribbon comes with a bizzare art style and a weird soundtrack that can't be explained unless you have played or seen it. You play as sketched bunny trying to avoid obstacles to the beat of the game's music. It's a very strange game.
-
All FromSoftware Inc Soul's games are designed in the same manner and it's to be very punishing to the very least of play in it. Take a good look at Bloodborne too, It's not a game meant for the fainted heart or those who are too soft to take a beaten and get frustrated from losing more than they can win.

There's a particular quest in Skyrim called "The Taste of Death" where you play as a bad guy by becoming a backstabbing character where you betary Verulus the priest who called for your help which would result in killing him when you decide to join Eola in her cannibalism plot.

It's just like I won a lot of race in Gran Turismo 5 with my Nissan GTR '07 without upgrading the engine for once against a lot powerful engines. I was just that lucky or I'm a good driver 😂.

Do you think 3D gaming will make a comeback? (3D TVs)
Heatman replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
It's just the trend with VR and users. It's what's going to be the biggest challenge for 3D TVs and its games. With more gamers drifting towards VR, it's going to be very difficult for it to have any sustained comeback.
