StaceyPowers Posted July 8, 2021 Posted July 8, 2021 Uncomfortable gaming moment: The other day, a friend was struggling to learn a game. It got me wanting to figure it out, so I started playing. They said, “Great, now you’re going to make me look like an idiot.” I managed to stay calm and just play the game, but I was fleetingly tempted to try at a different time so as not to provoke their anger. Do you ever feel pressured to tone down your performance or avoid a game when someone else is flipping out about how they just played?
The Blackangel Posted July 9, 2021 Posted July 9, 2021 (edited) No. Fuck them. Fuck their entitled attitude. Never tolerate that kind of bullshit. Edited July 9, 2021 by The Blackangel Reality vs Adventure and Family sedan 1 1
Family sedan Posted July 10, 2021 Posted July 10, 2021 Has anyone here ever beaten their friend so badly in a game that they rip the controller out of your hands and throw it six feet away? That happened to me once.
Heatman Posted July 17, 2021 Posted July 17, 2021 Well, if it's my kids, then I can easily do that to give them a wining chance because I understand how important it is for them to win.
