The whole thing with how he laid off his entire staff at Irrational basically, and made a small studio was insane at the time too. Like if you wanted to work with a smaller team, why not let Irrational continue to exist and do as a large team, under a new leader, and go do your own thing?

Some people are quite poor when it comes to management and running a business because the way he handled everything, it was so out of place.
