What are the most distinctive, unusual dungeons you can remember from any games?

All the ones in Dungeon Keeper the first release are very unique in my perspective from playing them years ago. And also The Deadmines in WOW as well.

Oh god, I don't know. Probably something from the older Zelda games and maybe startropics. Idk I don't play may games with dungeon. OH maybe dark souls as well.

The Sen's Tower in Dark Souls is a very perfect example for me support your assessment. And also, the Memoria in Final Fantasy 9 can't be overemphasized.

I could never run a dungeon where everything was magical. My players would be disassembling the place brick by brick rather than do any dungeon delving.

One of the most distinctive dungeons I can remember ever playing is the Amaurot in Final Fantasy 14 with its fiery and imposing background with horrific enemies.

Amaurot in Final Fantasy 14 is a thing of beauty even though it offers a huge pack of horrors. But I still love it.

Wind Waker's Forsaken Fortress will definitely be one that's unique enough for me in Legend of Zelda.

The water temple in Ocarina of Time stands out for its complexity. Also, the surrealness of the Mind Dungeon in EarthBound is unforgettable!
