killamch89 Posted December 24, 2020 Author Posted December 24, 2020 One of the most impactful moments in the Metal Gear Series to me because it's ironic that the weapon you were once sent to destroy in the first game because a very valuable tool to stop another Metal Gear.

I swear, this is one of the few times I genuinely felt a character's death and could sympathize with what could was going through.

The chimes of Stewart Copeland's soundtrack, Elora's pleas for help in defeating Ripto one last time and the overwhelming sense of finality was too much for six year old me to fully bear. What I'd give to experience that magic again like it was the first time....
