Kane99 Posted October 23, 2020 Posted October 23, 2020 This is an issue my mom has been having with facebook for the past week now. She loves her 8 Ball Pool, but for some reason whenever she tries to get on to it, it tells her she has her permissions set off or to no. Ok, so I check the app settings, go into the game settings, and everything is set to on as intended. So, not sure what the issue is. I tried clearing cache, turning the phone off and back on, and even tried to force stop the app and nothing has worked. You can't even uninstall Facebook or the messenger app anymore. I sent an email to Facebook about it, but I suspect they won't even respond anytime soon. Do you guys know any tips on how to sort this out? It just seems to be with Facebook games, Facebook or the Messenger app.
skyfire Posted October 25, 2020 Posted October 25, 2020 A lot of thosse games are made up with unity and it has browser compatibility issues for the web based games. So I am not surprised. It also requires good amount of RAM.
Peterlight Posted December 31, 2020 Posted December 31, 2020 Yeah, my sister had the same issue but we didn't bother contacting Facebook. We simply forgot about it and moved on. Look for another interesting game for your mum, there are 1000s of games out there now.
Heatman Posted July 15, 2021 Posted July 15, 2021 I'm not sure if the issue is from the support end but probably the game is malfunctioning and the server is messed up. It won't pass those two things.
egghead Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 I some times play Ludo on facebook and I do have issues sometimes, maybe that's server issue.
