I imagine there are a lot of competitive games in the works and coming out soon. What games do you foresee becoming the next big esports hits? I really didn't see any game that could become an esports event, most popular ones were Among Us and Cyberpunk 2077(even buggy or disliked still most popular). Shortie Posted December 13, 2022 Share Posted December 13, 2022 This was posted a while back but it got me thinking towards games that are out now that could potentially become or may already be esports games. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 are all games that have released recently which I can honestly see becoming part of esports. Another that I think would be really good to see but not sure if it is in esports yet is Apex Legends especially with their arena mode that they have now, that would make for a great esports if I am honest. If you consider esport through the basic definition, as long as you can make competition, it is esports.
