I've had this experience as well a few times. It can be true to life, but sad too. Have others felt the same way?

Not from the game--just from the character. Like, I adore Elizabeth from BioShock Infinite, and I still love her in Burial at Sea, but she breaks my heart in that game, and leaves me feeling cold and empty.

Like a complete 180 on their personality. Someone is loyal and like family in the beginning, but as the game goes on they end up betraying you.

An example that I can give happened to me with a movie called Spartacus series. The main character died or something and he was changed to another character. I lost touch with him immediately.
