I don't know what's in store either. I do have a gut feeling that RE9 news isn't too far away after Capcom recently teased it. My only concern is, with how the series has been dog muck for a while because of silliness like RE8 and the terrible spin off media, I don't have as much faith in Capcom as I did when I was in high school. Eventually, you just kind of know when a company is cranking out stuff for a quick dollar. Being almost 40 years of age, I have coped up with a lot of blandness and controversy from them. I thought most of what they released in the 2010s was quite dreck, to be honest, and unlike other people, I have a hard job laughing it off with memes and all that like they do. I mean, Dusk Golem said this will be a reinvention of the series. So hopefully it will be glorious. But I have to see the goods before I can pass comment on how good or bad it is.

The guys developing those games know that whether we like it or not, they are always going to make a lot of money by doing the Microtransactions in the game. So, they have no need to make those kind of changes that we are expecting them to do.
