Onimusha 1+2 is a combo package that includes remastered versions of Onimusha: Warlords and Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny. The first gam has already released, but Onimusha 2's remaster will release May 23rd. It will be out for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Switch. Surprising there is no mention of new gen ports, but I assume the game will just work on those consoles no problem. Has anyone here played the first remaster? Who here is getting Samurai's Destiny?

I've noticed a concerning trend where PC ports are treated as afterthoughts rather than dedicated products. Games like Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and The Last of Us Part I launched with inexcusable optimization issues despite their massive budgets. It feels like publishers are relying on post-launch patches rather than proper QA testing.
