I didn't take that into consideration, but I'm sure they could name the stadiums and locations another name to get through that. Or at the least, design arenas that are close to the real deal, but change enough to where you don't get into any legal trouble.

Can't go wrong with a classic. San Andreas tv spot with Gun's N' Roses Welcome to the Jungle playing, Iconic! :)

I remember watching this trailer as a kid in preparation for the game to drop.

Kane99 got a reaction from killamch89 in AEW's new game by Yukes Entertainment?
THQ Nordic is actually publishing it with Yuke's developing. It's funny, because THQ was the original publisher of WWF No Mercy and the other WWF/WCW games on the 64. This is a new THQ, but it's still cool to see how times have come full circle in a way. To see THQ and Yukes on a wrestling game again, is kinda exciting. :)

Kane99 got a reaction from killamch89 in Could you handle being a game tester?
I think it's more to do with studios not giving QA testers enough time with the games in the first place. So you got QA testers probably giving details about a bunch of bugs that will probably never be patched or will be patched after release. I think a lot of these games have known bugs at release, and QA testers let them know, but I can see studios releasing these games because they have the mentality that "oh, we'll just fix these bugs after release".

Kane99 got a reaction from killamch89 in Fox News is ANGRY at Gamers for the DUMBEST Reason
Fox News has always said dumb shit about video games and how they cause violence or that it's a waste of time. I never take what Fox News says seriously, because they can't be bothered to do any research into the BS they spew about video games.
I've seen many reports on Fox news about how video games are bad for our youth or bad in general. If they can't take the time to do any research, then I say ignore them.
What I hate the most, is how they try to pair video games with these school shootings and other shootings in general. It's just a joke at this point with how the media likes to point fingers at video games as being these things that teach kids to be violent.

Yup, today. Also dropping for the Switch tool. Sadly, it looks like the Xbox version doesn't come with online multiplayer, but the switch version does. If that is true, then I think the best version you could get would be on the Switch.

Kane99 got a reaction from Shortie in Do you use your gaming PC only for gaming, or for other stuff too?
A lot of people play just a handful of games over and over. I used to do it a lot with retro gaming. But lately haven't as much.
I rarely play most of the games in my steam library. I have many that I haven't even played yet.

Kane99 got a reaction from Shortie in A dedicated emulation box?
You could build a raspberry pi and add RetroPie and emulation station. The raspberry pi and the rest of what you need should go for less than $100. If you want more space or ram, I believe you can pay more for a better board.
But it's the cheapest way to build and emulation box or device.
A raspberry pi is essentially a compact PC, that you can buy. You can use it like a real PC if you want as well. Usually it's sold as just a board. You will need to buy or build your own case, and buy a power chord, mouse, keyboard etc. It's really fun to build but is great to use as a PC.
I had two SD cards, one with an OS, to surf the web and such. And I also had another SD card with the emulators on it. I just switched them out whenever I wanted to play or surf the web.

I wish they would include all the iconic arenas, every WrestleMania, and other important PPVs of the past. I think most WWE games do it, but I feel like if they added as many of the famous arenas as possible, it would go over well.
After 2K22, I'm just hoping it changes some things. Like a more expansive general manager mode.
I actually liked Cena when he first joined the WWE, but as they kept having him go over and winning title after title, I soon stopped liking him. It's why I always wanted him to go back to his heel cena gimmick which we kinda got a taste of when he first started his thuganomics gimmick. But once he went on his lifetime babyface run, I slowly lost interest in him.
But now days that he isn't clouding the WWE's roster anymore, I like him more. Especially what he has done as of late in TV and movies. Honestly think he's more versatile than The Rock is when it comes to acting.

Kane99 got a reaction from Shortie in Do you buy game keys in bulk?
That's the thing, I don't know if they got in trouble for giving the codes away for free. I think it was more so when some people tried to sell them instead. But I may be wrong. It could be that they got in trouble for giving them away for free.
Actually I'm starting to remember. I think Humble Bundle allowed you to input your steam name on your humble bundle account. And when you purchased anything, I think they kind of tied those codes to your steam profile, so if they are used on another account, they might catch you that way. I don't know. All I know is that someone told me they were banned because they gave away a code of theirs.
So essentially, be careful about the codes you buy/sell/giveaway if it's humble bundle at least. Or just don't connect your steam account to your humble page.

Kane99 got a reaction from Shortie in Would you like to see different coloured Series X or S consoles?
I wish video game consoles released translucent consoles & peripherals again. I miss the days of the see through consoles and handhelds. Now days I don't feel like they make an attempt to make consoles different like this anymore. The skins and styles I see for the most part don't really do anything fun with the design. idk, maybe it's just me, but I think most new consoles and devices get lazy with the creative design and look.

Yeah it's a problem when it comes to buying codes from third parties. You never know exactly what you're getting and it could take months or even years before a studio takes notice and removes the game or whatever. I heard someone got in trouble for selling their codes from a humble bundle. Even giving them away to people can cause issues I hear.

There are also people who contact publishers pretending to get free review copies and in turn sell the codes they got. Some studios catch this and if the code is used by another user, that account could be banned or they could lose access to the game completely. I've heard where people have lost games they legit paid for from key sites, because the codes came back stolen later on.

Kane99 got a reaction from killamch89 in Do you feel mobile gaming will get better over time?
It'll get better when companies stop trying to add pay to win to a lot of these apps and games. If you want to level up faster, beat the game faster etc, it'll probably be better to just pay to own the game. Or don't support games with pay to win elements.
If they did what fortnite does with their battle pass, maybe I'd consider more mobile games.

Kane99 got a reaction from Shortie in What do you think is the worst pay to win video game?
Yeah mobile games do it all the time. I'll say that there are some that balance things fine, but then there are some mobile games that throw so many ads at you, and take forever to play, that it kinda pushes you to pay for things to get ahead.
It's why I don't play many mobile games, because if you want to get anything real done, you do need to pay to get anywhere. Unless you want to grind your ass off to get somewhere, and even then that just becomes a chore.

Kane99 got a reaction from killamch89 in What's the impact of Social Media on Gaming?
Gamers take things way too seriously sometimes when it comes to their opinions on video games/consoles etc on social media as well. It's either Sony fanboys vs Xbox fanboys, or Nintendo fanboys too, but they're not as crazy I'd say.
Social media has made it easier to complain about ones favorite video games, and it's gotten to a point that people will get heated about their thoughts. Twitter alone is a cesspool of arguments on just about everything. Facebook is about the same, arguing back and forth. I never bother commenting on social media because it's pointless, you can't win an argument.

Kane99 got a reaction from killamch89 in "Name brand" PC prebuilds or build your own?
I think I'd rather build one, just because you can get parts a bit cheaper than buying a pre-built of the same caliber. But I understand wanting to get a pre-built. It's more practical, easier, and you don't have to build a PC.
I would consider a pre-built if it was set up by a company that doesn't add any bloatware or unnecessary programs.

Nuketown is always a good one, but gets annoying after a while. Firing range in black ops is dope. Crash is a good one on cod 4. Terminal on mw2. I'm sure there are a lot more, but I forget their names and the games they're in.

Nah I wouldn't call any of that bloat ware. Especially if it's needed. I mainly am referring to those programs they add with like trial periods. Like Microsoft word. I don't want a free trial of that. Just don't include it. I want it to just have the essentials. The usual programs most OSs comes with. No apps otherwise. Maybe a web browser like edge so I can download something like the brave browser instead.
I hear cyberpowerpc is pretty good. I think whenever I get my next pc, if it's a prebuilt, I'd have to do some research. And if it's going to be something I build. I'm going to see about finding a site to guide me in the build process by finding the right parts for what I want.
But that won't happen for a while as I am not able to afford to dish out the money needed for a new PC or to build one. But hopefully one of these days.

Kane99 got a reaction from Shortie in Which PlayStation One cases did you prefer? Long box or jewel case?
Yeah standard jewel cases for CDs were great. The manual acting as the cover art was what made them better imo. That and how easier they were to store. They still had issues where the tabs would break and they were notorious for damaging the manuals when removed.
I think the best case was the DVD case, or better yet, the Sega Genesis cases. That is probably the standard you want for a good case.

Kane99 got a reaction from Shortie in Do you have a favorite Fortnite skin?
I like the bright and colorful skins. I wear this one where it's a woman but you have this skeleton mask. It had varying colors, but I went with this green/blue thing that changes colors. Other than that, I got a few spiderman skins, Darth Vader, movie venom, and so on. I have skins randomized from a selection i chose.

A lot of these types of games become free to play at some point. I'm fine with it, especially if it's not a requirement to buy the base game. I don't see a problem if it becomes free to play where you can buy a battle pass like Fortnite. But I don't play destiny so I couldn't say for sure.

Also, I maybe would add GTA V to the topic. I played the hell out of the GTA series and I remember how addictive they were. But I think I'm all played out on the series. It's partly why I haven't played it in years probably. Maybe when the new game comes out I'll revisit the series again.
