Carb-less diets have been a thing since the 90s and I agree it's ridiculously stupid. It's the same with bodybuilding where they insist you eat lots of protein and very little carbs - like how's that going to help them? the worst part about it is that science has proven that carb-less diets aren't only stupid but extremely dangerous to your health.

Yeah, there are 2 very important things about carb-less diets:

    1) The body can actually use protein and convert it to energy as a last resort, but in the process the body makes ketones which is very toxic, it's called ketosis.

    2) The body only absorbs a certain amount of protein in one sitting. The rest turns to fat; plus too much protein makes the body more acidic. Cancer can only grow in an acidic environment.

Those meat heads in body building don't understand that starchy carbs-or the low glycemic index carbs, is the energy required to get stronger and have endurance. Sweets and most breads are the high glycemic index carbs which shoots up blood sugars and doesn't utilize energy properly. And we need to meet a required amount of carbs just for minimum brain and CNS function. Protein won't build muscle if you don't have the energy to workout the muscles, or at least won't reach max potential.

let's got at it, whilst remembering at all times to plug @The Blackangel's YouTube channel. I already referenced @The Blackangel's YouTube channel; Dog on a sheep.

EDIT: Now that I actually look at it, it's actually quite a nice shot.

Oh wow, that ones hard to beat. You MF. @The Blackangel youtube probably has the sheepdog covered in RDR2. But now this one is a pinch...

If this thread is just gonna dissolve into a battle of farm animals on farm animals I'm going to lock it... because fuck you, I wanna win.

I will literally go outside and put a rabbit on a cow if I have to...I'm in it to win it.

  4. The Last of Us 2. I just had my first gaming session last night. I'm speechless. This is gaming on a whole new level. I own Uncharted 4 and never even played it. I should show more respect for games they developed. After this I definitely will play Uncharted 3, then U4.

  5. Everything popular annoys me. I think those carb-less diets are annoying because they are so stupid. Our bodies require carbs for energy and brain function. Need I say more? And yes that is popular still because both my mom and sister eat very little carbs and they are so stupid. They eat hamburger w/o bread and the whole bit. Stupid. If I sit down to eat with them, where are the damn vegetables??? WTF you morons!!! Where's my god damn vegetables? You gonna make some mashed potatoes at least on thanksgiving? Damn fools share my DNA? I'd scrape their idiocy out of me if I could.

  6. I used to be into nonfiction books like history, philosophy, health, science, psychology; but it has become strictly fiction now. My brain requires entertainment and to be taken to another world. I will rub my toes on my rifle while I read fantasy. Reality I know what is coming; a reminder; war; mayhem; genocide; fire; destruction; I'm breaking away into fantasyland. The real world is ice cold. I sip my tea and take in the wonderful thoughts of fantasy. That swallow was bitter; a quick reminder of war to come; I keep reading...Beautiful worlds, interesting characters; but tomorrow I may have to fight. I turn the page. Dragons and castles; magic and heroism; true heroes; the righteous; where the righteous has a clear definition; but in the real world I am faced with too much stupidity. I ponder the beautiful world I just read; and a split second thought creeps in that I may have to fight a war; a war to protect the good; I keep reading; it is peaceful; yet there is violence; the distinction between good and evil is clear; that barrel is cold; soon it will catch fire; it will have to protect me; it will cry and leave black powder stains in its wake; the real world becomes a war; a war that never should have happened if people had any conscious morality; but I will defend what is good; the day is coming; I turn the page; oh yeah; monsters and magic in a beautifully made up world; creativity that leaves me imagining it as I lay to sleep; it could be tomorrow I fight a war; but tonight I dream about better places; war... fantasy... war...fantasy...reality...war...reality...fantasy... fiction...nonfiction...war...oh god help us all...

  7. Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Flynn now should face a court martial for calling for a coup. In the U.S. military, anyone that commits or promotes treason could get military justice whether they are retired or not. A colonel has offered to take him in. I don't know whose decision it would be. But Flynn no doubt incited treason. And now he denies it after being caught on video. Flynn also plead guilty for making false statements to the FBI and trump pardoned him. The guy should be in prison. If the laws won't take him down, let the military justice take him down. Fucking disgrace.

I think the human animal should be eradicated. Not for political or racial reasons or done in any murderous way. But because of parasitic reasons, nature needs to eradicate us.

And no, I'm not against protecting oneself and others in a pandemic. I'm talking of mass extinction of humans by a cataclysmic event out of our control. I don't think a virus will eradicate every human. There shouldn't be any of us left standing. Completely wiped out like the dinosaurs.

Mosquitoes because they're a pain in the ass and they do not fill an ecological niche (besides spreading malaria and yellow fever) so there wouldn't be any negative impact of their disappearance

I don't know, I think lizards and frogs feed on mosquitoes when those vampires are in full mayhem, which in return birds, rats, and snakes feed on the lizards and frogs.

  10. They should have a state of the art VR war game that the countries play and will go on how ever long it takes till one surrenders. I can't think of the prize for winning or what you lose if you surrender. But they will have real world stats and arsenal to imitate in the game. Maybe the losers should be jailed for 10 years, so your freedom will make you play your best.

  11. In case you thought I was crazy, here is what we are facing in the U.S.

Former trump national security adviser, former Lt general, QANON supporter, Michael Flynn gave a speech this weekend in Dallas, Tx and said the U.S. should stage a coup like Myanmar. The crowd cheers. That is treason plain and simple.

  12. At first I thought, you can't be serious. But sure enough some republican states are now signing bills into law that would use hydrogen cyanide, which was the same gas used by the Nazis in extermination camps. And another republican state is allowing the use of a firing squad. Currently what is used is lethal injection and the electric chair. The chair seems pretty barbaric too, but I don't know what to think about the republican new fascination with firing squads and gas used by Nazis. This seems to me a clear warning sign of the direction republicans are running towards. Almost as if they are trying new things for in their minds of what is to come. Mass incarceration and genocide maybe? They have been obsessed with rushing the killing of death row inmates. Maybe some deserve to die for the things they have done. But this direction of execution is scary. To witness this simmering in their minds is scary. Because at what point are they gonna cross the line and execute prisoners that doesn't deserve it? It's very disgraceful to say the least. We should all be very concerned by this.

  13. I would go on foot. I can't stand noisy donkeys. They sound like freakin dinosaurs, as if I knew right? I swear you can hear donkeys miles away. You probably should have secretly encoded the question donkey or elephant. (blue vs red). But elephants take up all the room and resources if you know what I mean. A giraffe would be difficult getting around some places, under a bridge or barn, even trees if you wanted to go through woods. But I would probably end up choosing a donkey so I can see over its head.

That's not an argument. I'm not struggling with repressed racism, and thus white guilt, I view every person from every group as equal, until I see their individual contributions to society. And I'm not afraid of statistics, because I know that just because crime rate in black communities is higher does not mean that black people are more criminal, it means there are social and cultural issues that needs addressing. However BLM and woke culture says nothing is wrong here, everything is the fault of white supremacists and racism and they think only they can uplift black people by oppressing white people. That is so blatantly racist, it beggars belief, because it suggests black people can only succeed if white people are not allowed to compete with them. As good as saying black people are inferior.

Let me ask you this: Before the civil rights movement crime rate was lower, and there were much less single parent families in the black communities. So does that mean America is more racist and more oppressive towards blacks now than it was then?

Do you believe there is systemic racism in the USA? I don't think you understand how deep racism is here. I myself comes from a white family. I'm Hispanic and look white with Hispanic features, Hispanic from Spain, not Mexico. My mom is white. My sister is white like your everyday white girl. I was raised with them two. It's even hard for me to imagine what people go through that don't have white blood in them. I've gotten beat up by cops twice. Once on a school morning when I was still in high school. And another later on before the age of phone cameras. I was singled out of a crowd, shoved to the ground and beat up by cops in a crowd of white people, who were near a construction site and police were trying to clear the area. I had no clue what was going on. I was just talking on my phone minding my own business. So if my features are enough to create violence, anyone darker than me is so screwed in this country. I ask you to sympathize a little more. BLM may have its faults, but the oppressors have even more. And the past administration has turned 60% of whites into nazis as that is the percent that voted for the outright bigot a second time. And we have a civil war brewing in the face of racism we haven't had since our first civil war while blacks were fucking slaves. So I ask again, can you show a little more sympathy? I can understand where you come from being white. Like I said, I grew up in the white environment and have witnessed the ignorance of it in my own family and friends first hand. My own mother denied racism existed in the neighborhood we lived in. She told me to dress better, get  clean cut, and stand up straight. But never acknowledged racism. So it ate away at me for a long time. I began to get anxiety and think something was wrong with me. But I realize now, this whole time they were racist. And when I got a Mexican girlfriend, I finally was able to talk about these things with someone who was familiar with it and sees racism firsthand too as she lived in the same area. WTF are people to do at this point when politicians are now actively working against them and falling in step with white supremacist views?
