Games you were briefly obsessed with, and then bored by?
Boblee replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
All FIFA games series. They used to be a great deal for me but not anymore because I have already quit playing them. -
I think that I have seen some crossovers in some Final Fantasy series games, but I can't really remember the exact one. I think it was Breaking Brick Mountains was the crossover in Dragon Quest X.

What game-related TV series are you most excited for going forward?
Boblee replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I don't really know if they have made any games on 24. You know the movie right? Jack Baur... I really can't wait for such a game to be made. I saw it on Java phone but it's not what I really wanted. -
Do you ever avoid certain areas just to keep NPCs from dying?
Boblee replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Of course yes, especially if it's one NPC that I really like that much. But if the annoying ones, they are definitely getting put to the sword. -
Do you typically end games with piles of unused resources?
Boblee replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
It's something that happens from time to time, it's far more better that I end the game with ample resources than being in want of it to barely survive. -
Games that offer a huge amount of tactical control?
Boblee replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
I can actually think of Expeditions: Vikings, Valkyria Chronicles 4 and Divinity Original Sin 2 to offer such kind of tactical control. -
As long as I'm not forced to buy that at such ridiculous prices, I wouldn't even flinch one bit about it because it's not reasonable at all.

Series where instalments are best viewed as standalones?
Boblee replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
With the trash they are doing with Battlefield series lately, I think that they have most likely reached where they need to take a breather. -
Here it is, it's even his pet according to the full report I read that he had rescued the crocodile from riverbank when it was shot.

In all reality, it's far more in the interest of the gaming companies than it would ever be for the actual gamers no matter what they try to sell us.
-
A hardcore gamer would never really give up gaming for real as a result of money. Yes, he may pause for a while now but will definitely get back to it.

It Mister Mosquito on PlayStation 2, where the Mosquito is supposed to suck up enough blood that will help it survive the winter ahead.

The truth is that no matter how much gamers are still into physical copies of games, it's inevitable that digital games will completely wipe its entire counterpart off.

What video game in your backlog has been waiting the longest?
Boblee replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Seriously, retro games are always golden whenever you get to see them now. Maybe because it's not as it used to be very common that gives it a sense of uniqueness. -
If they can take the direction of RDR2, it's going to solve all of everyone's problems and even soothe gamers from their anger over the GTA trilogy trash.

Video game final missions or bosses you wish they were different
Boblee replied to kingpotato's topic in Gaming Forum
When it comes to how punishing a video game can be, Dark Souls is among the top 3. If you can't deal with it, there is no way you can get through it. -
Some gamers have this attachment with any games they have already installed that they can't delete them easily. My junior brother is like that..
-
Funny enough, there is no way you wouldn't get caught up in the trap no matter how much you are being careful with your play.
-
Seriously, it was very confusing in a way for the names to look so the same. Why would Pepsi choose a new that's already tied to a brand? It's that against the law?
-
It was even kind of being promoted if you ask me and there is no way you would expect Nintendo not to be involved in it.

China and banning is like two sides of the coin, they never leave each other. I don't think any country bans anything the way that China does.

Do you think most games will go free to play in the future?
Boblee replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
It was a typo error mate, from the first part of the write up, I was clearly standing by the line that poor folks can actually get games. I was merely trying to add in the last part that "It's a thing for poor folks..."
