  1. Could MS be secretly developing a new Lost Odyssey title? https://translate.google.es/translate?hl=es&sl=es&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Fgeneracionxbox.com%2Flost-odyssey-renvacion-ip%2Famp%2F
  2. Great game! https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Games/Nintendo-Switch-download-software/Grim-Fandango-Remastered-1462552.html?awc=12777_1545729405_e1c48e85d1078069efed2c631a8eee0e&affil=awin&utm_source=AWIN&utm_medium=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.digidip.net%2F&utm_campaign=0b009g9n5bch&utm _content=Discount+Code
  3. I've put about 60 hours into The Witcher III, but this is the important bit: I BARELY FEEL LIKE I'VE SCRATCHED THE SURFACE, which is both a good and a bad thing imho. It feels so vast and huge that it loses sight of the fun factor sometimes. It's a well made, beautiful game with great writing. However, I find the combat and the inventory management pretty clunky. I can see why people are enamoured with it. I liked it it a lot, too. It just didn't quite click with me like it did for many others.
  4. Nintendo has a proven track record of iterating on hardware. E.g. Gameboy Pocket, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Light, DS Lite, New Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 2DS... I could go on, but I'll just rest my case. Reggie is just saying that so the current Switches keep on selling. He's a business man. He literally has shares in the company. He wants people to continue buying the Switch (which is fine, it's a good piece of hardware). BUT THERE WILL BE A NEW ITERATION OF THE SWITCH!!! GUARANTEED! The launch version (the one I've got) is a good piece of hardware. If you buy it, I'm sure you'll be happy with it. Just be mindful that there'll be a new Switch sometime. It may take a few months, it may take a year or two. I can guarantee you there will be a new Switch.
  5. Probably Snakes and Ladders as it's a bit too simple. Give me Monopoly or Risk instead!
  6. Good shoutout! Just played a bit of 2 player Golden Axe with my daughter before bed (she's never played it before). She really enjoyed it!
  7. Nice! It is indeed a towel 🙂 That's a real tricky one! My initial thought was piano or butcher, but that's not right. Will put my thinking cap on. 🤔
  8. Sorry, I just didn't want you to go into it thinking it might be like a Souls-like. You should definitely give FTL a chance. Completing FTL on Hard mode is a phenomenal feat. Heck, completing the game on Easy is a challenge on its own when you're first starting out. I'd suggest trying to beat it on Easy first, and then working your way up the difficulty settings. It's a brutal, unforgiving game.
  9. From a gameplay-perspective, it's nothing like Dark Souls. But from a challenge-perspective, the Hard mode is definitely more challenging than Dark Souls. It's got permadeath, the AI will brutalise you and due to its roguelike nature, sometimes you can simply have an unlucky run and die horribly in a matter of moments. BUT, it's INCREDIBLE and super rewarding. No other game makes you feel like you're the Captain of a spaceship quite like FTL.
  10. 10.) Fallout 76 9.) PixelJunk Monsters 2 8.) Bad North 7.) The Golf Club 2019 6.) Into The Breach 5.) Hollow Knight 4.) Spider-Man 3.) Detroit: Become Human 2.) Octopath Traveler 1.) God Of War
  11. I do like a good riddle. Anyone got any? I'll start with this one: What gets wetter the more it dries?
  12. Reggie is probably under NDA. He probably can't confirm it even if he wanted to. It's up to the company, not him. Perhaps take what he says with a pinch of salt.

    Raging

Lag in COD always gets on my nerves. Also, friendly team-mates killing their own team in Hardcore gets on my tits, too.
  14. Just picked up the SEGA Mega Drive Collection on PS4 and am having a lot of fun with it. What games do you remember from the MEGA Drive? Which were your favourites? Anyone else picked up the SEGA Mega Drive Collection yet?
  15. Tune!
  16. Always thought this series had promise. While Two Worlds II was clunky and had rough edges, I still enjoyed it back on PS3. I hope that the third title will deliver the great game TopWare Interactive has always been on the cusp of making. https://wccftech.com/two-worlds-iii-still-preproduction/
  17. Isn't that what Reggie would say even if the rumours were true, though? 😂
  18. God Of War followed closely by Octopath Traveler.
  19. Bargain! https://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/metal-gear-rising-revengeance-pc-steam-cd-key?mw_aref=74dth566
  20. I drink about a litre of water and about half a litre of diet coke a day.
  21. Gonna spend Christmas Eve with family before spending the evening wrapping lots and lots of pressies.... Hope y’all have a wonderful Christmas! Happy holidays! 🍾 🎅🎄
  22. Cheap as dragon-flavoured chips! https://store.playstation.com/en-gb/product/EP0006-CUSA00503_00-DAINQUISITION000
  23. Really enjoyed a horror movie a while back called The Void. Not many folks have seen it as it’s pretty unknown. However, it’s actually a brilliant blend of John Carpenter’s The Thing and Clive Barker’s Hellraiser series. Some of the practical effects are great, too. Anyone else seen it? What’re your thoughts on it?
  24. If you had to eat one country’s food for the rest of your life, which would you choose?
  25. Indeed, FTL is fairly easy to get into, but it’s hard as hell, even on Easy difficulty. I’ve managed to beat the game on Hard, though. Which is probably harder than Dark Souls imho.
