  1. Great question! I'd probably opt for a gameplay-first experience as narrative-driven games like The Last Of Us arguably don't *need* to be played again. Don't get me wrong, though. The Last Of Us is one of my favourite games. I'd probably go with FTL: Faster Than Light, Darkest Dungeon or Pixel Junk Monsters. All of those games are more-ish, addictive experiences that help me chill out after a tough day at work.
  2. Reviewed well and cheap price. https://www.shopto.net/video-games/xbox-one/XB1DI153-dishonored-death-of-the-outsider

  6. Thanks for this info! Will come in very handy! Still yet to launch my first nuke...
  7. Fun space MMO for a really cheap price. https://store.steampowered.com/app/359320/Elite_Dangerous/
  8. I usually do a few chores before curling up on the sofa with my Switch as my daughter tends to take over the TV. I sometimes play some SNES or Minecraft with my daughter if it’s rainy.

    Country Music

My knowledge of Country Music is pretty limited, but I do enjoy listening to the genre when I'm in the mood. I've got a soft spot for Johnny Cash and Hank Williams. Off the top of my head, those're the only artists I can name that are Country tbh.
  10. I love my Switch and Vita and use them a lot when I'm going on the bus, on holiday or going on long trips. I wouldn't say I'm a "gamer in a hurry." I simply like having the option of some handheld gaming if the need arrises. I mean, having a huge RPG sitting in my coat pocket? There's something awesome about that. If I had loads of money, I'd love to get a gaming laptop, but, honestly, my Switch and Vita do the job admirably.
  11. Probably not being able to re-sell a game disc if you want to sell it. In a perfect world this issue should theoretically be moot as buying a game digitally *should* allow access to future versions of the game. Granted, it doesn't happen all the time, but the technology is already here to do that. For example, I bought Journey digitally on PS3 and it unlocked the digital PS4 version for free (about a year or so later). This also happened to the games Flow and Flower. Sony are pretty good with this sort of thing via their Cross-buy and Cross-save features. Whether companies will do these sort of consumer-friendly things going forward, well, that's the problem. Fair dos to Microsoft, though. They're doing some great things with BC on their consoles.
  12. Well, I don't feel like Fallout 76 was that disappointing as I had tempered expectations going into it tbh. I'm having a blast with it. I'd probably go for AGONY which bombed and was a broken, frustrating mess of a horror game. Was really looking forward to it, too.
  13. Bargain. Supposed to be great, too. https://www.gamivo.com/product/gears-of-war-4?utm_source=HUKD

  15. My first job was as a waiter at a Harry Ramsden’s, a fish and chips restaurant chain. The tips were pretty good and it taught me lots of basic adulting skills. Was a fun first job.
  16. Terrific question. I think the PS3/Xbox 360 era is my favourite (though if you ask me in a few years I may have changed my mind). With the rise of online multiplayer, the breakthrough of indie games into the mainstream and those incredible PS3 exclusives (The Last Of Us, Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2 and 3, Ni No Kuni, Journey etc) the PS3/360 era was an amazing time to be a gamer!
  17. Man, I feel you. It's a great deal but I'm in a similar position with funds. Chrimbo pressies for the family come first, so I'll probably have to pass on this deal myself, too. 😞
  18. Least favourite movie of all time?
  19. I was very impressed with VR, however, it's very taxing on your brain--moreso than traditional gaming experiences--and this can lead to tiredness and headaches. Add to this, the extra weight on your head for prolonged periods, it gets a bit uncomfortable. Plus, it's not great when you've got lots of friends around. It's not as social as traditional gaming. That all being said, it's an interesting piece of tech that I look forward to seeing evolve. I'm sure it'll be home to some amazing gaming experiences, though. Resident Evil 7 and Thumper, for example, are amazing experiences in VR--arguably more impressive than its traditional counterparts.
  20. Aye, this is a good site. I occasionally use it, too. You can find some awesome deals on there.
  21. I’m enjoying F76 a lot, personally. This is a great deal. https://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/fallout-76-pc-cd-key
  22. Last novel I read was a book (I prefer physical to e-books) and the last piece of news I read was digital.
  23. Great post -- Thanks! Going to be using this! I've got a soft spot for a modded level 15 combat rifle and a modded level 15 hunting rifle atm, personally.
  24.
