  1. My point really was that you should go in with the mentality that you can't make excuses for failing as that can hinder you from succeeding. But I see where you're coming from.
  2. Yes, if neither have sexual/romantic attraction to the other
  3. 10 pounds. That's like 4-5 KG. I can offset that through dieting that in the same month that I would be banned for the internet if I chose the second option.
  4. Millionaire. Even if I didn't become one, I wouldn't want to live in the HP world where Wizards and Dementors exist and can kill you.
  5. The ones that stand out for me are 1998, 2001, 2008, 2016 and arguably 2020. Arguably because COVID isn't really relevant nowadays but it brought about Biden as the new US president, things got more politically divisive(although I would say the major political divisions started in 2016) and as we all know the 9th gen consoles came out.
  6. Considering buying it since it's like £20 now and the reviews are extremely high. However, i'm not entirely sure if I will like it. I didn't like Darksiders Genesis which came out the same year and had the same isometrical design. The visuals look very tempting though I must admit. What things about this game makes it a must play? Also how long does it take to beat?
  7. There's no excuse for failure??? Idk, haven't really thought about this question before.
  8. One of the most memorable moments in gaming is when he smashed the argent filters in DOOM 2016
  9. FW isn't going to remedy those issues. It's very similar to the original but it's harder and enemies are generally more aggressive. I don't think it paused the game when changing weapons unless you do it in the menu either.
  10. Yeah, it definitely did feel shorter than the other Arkham games. GK looks very different to me, especially since it's a co op game and is meant to be an RPG. SS looks great. The party dynamic looks very fun as well as the chaotic gameplay.
  11. Origins didn't feel like it dragged too much to me and was the best arkham plot imo. Nah, gotham knights looks very janky to me like it's a PS3 game. The new suicide squad game looks very cool however.
  12. That game absolutely dragged. I liked the way it concluded but overall the campaign felt like a slog to me.
  13. Even in non open world games theres still plenty of exploration possible with the stages in it. The modern DOOM games for example aren't open world but is absolutely packed with collectibles, secrets and fluff if you decide to explore the stages.
  14. Yeah, I don't get why everything needs to be open world these days.
  15. Devs have been chasing profits over quality since gaming started. Also many games were in atrocious states when it comes to bugs and the overall optimisation side of things if we're looking at 7th gen which is about a decade ago now. Drakgengard 3, inFAMOUS, Metal Gear Rising, Assassin Creed 3, etc.
  16. I would assume so. They patched it up good and people are saying it's actually a decent game now.
  17. My b. It's old habits from another forum where you had to do it individually.
  18. Baffled this is actually a published game that actually got greenlit rather than a college game building project.
