I am always motivated to work because I know in the end, all the hard work will pay off and I will be able to give myself and also my children a better life. Due to a bad relationship that I was in, my kids missed out and suffered a lot in their early years so now, I work to be sure that I can give them opportunities that they may have missed.

Sharing a favourite Nintendo game with someone from a different generation not only allows those who were not around when the title was released to play the game and even find out about the game, but it also allows those who did play when it was first released to show someone from a different generation tips and tricks but also make more memories as well as share the memories they already made.

Nintendo have always I feel, killed it with the mini-games and side-activities they offer in games. I don't think I have ever been disappointed with any games in which side-quests and activities were a thing. I love how a lot of the side quests and activities always keep you hooked in Nintendo games and keep you wanting to play.

This would be a great crossover and would definitely spike up interest with each individual game being as popular as it is.

I can't say that I have had any issues with the modern Nintendo controllers that offer wireless capabilities and I find them to be reliable as well as have a great battery life too. When it comes to wireless controllers, the two things I feel that are important is the connection being great when it comes to connecting it to the console and also the battery life.

How do you view the role of remastered games on the Xbox platform?
Shortie replied to killamch89's topic in Xbox
I do like that some developers release remastered games. The amount of times I have been able to play a game that I missed due to a remaster is crazy but I have also been thankful that I was able to play that specific game. -
What’s your favorite way to engage in multiplayer challenges on Xbox Live?
Shortie replied to killamch89's topic in Xbox
One of my favourite ways to engage in multiplayer challenges on Xbox Live is to team up with friends and complete challenges together. A lot of the challenges I have taken part in just recently have been a lot easier to accomplish with friends and I find playing with friends makes it a lot more enjoyable. -
What’s your favorite game mode in any Xbox title, and why?
Shortie replied to killamch89's topic in Xbox
One of my favourite game modes on Xbox multiplayer was Oddball and still is Oddball in Halo. This game mode is not only chaotic but it's also a lot of fun to play and keeps you wanting to play more and more. I have in the past been hooked on Oddball on Halo, so much so I lost track of time. -
What’s your favorite Xbox game to play during a marathon gaming session?
Shortie replied to killamch89's topic in Xbox
Forza Horizon 5 is the game that I would say is my favourite when it comes to a marathon gaming session on Xbox. With the open world that Forza Horizon 5 offers, it can keep you hooked for many hours with so much to do so that you are not stuck doing the same thing over and over. -
What’s your favorite Xbox game for cooperative play, and why?
Shortie replied to killamch89's topic in Xbox
Halo Infinite would be top of my list when it comes to cooperative play on Xbox. I have always found that the community on Halo, especially when it comes to multiplayer have always been quite down to earth and solid people who you can team up with and work with during each game with ease. -
Which accessory would you recommend to a new Xbox gamer to enhance their setup?
Shortie replied to killamch89's topic in Xbox
The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 is one accessory I would recommend to a new Xbox gamer if they were looking to enhance their setup. I bought both my eldest and my youngest the Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller for Christmas this past year and they love them and always have great things to say about them. -
Which Xbox game features have significantly influenced your gaming style?
Shortie replied to killamch89's topic in Xbox
Quick resume on Xbox is a game changer for sure. I love having the ability to hope from one thing to another on Xbox without the fear that I will lose the point I am at in a game or that my game will close. Xbox Cloud is another another great feature that I couldn't be without now. Being able to swap to another device and continue where you left off is perfect, especially for those who like to game when on the go. -
I will be honest, I have not used Xbox Live Avatars in a long time and the last time I used the service, it lacked a lot of options for your avatar. I remember it being very limited and despite the fact that I would search for specific items, I usually just went with the closest option I could find. I'm gonna have to check out the Xbox Live Avatars again to see how much better it is from the last time I used it.

I used to go by recommendations when I was choosing my next game to play but I found that I got burned too many times doing it that way. I now wait for reviews or even watch streamers on YouTube and Twitch when they play the game to make a decision on the next game I want to play. I find I get less burned when watching others and reading up on reviews.

What’s your favorite way to compete in online leaderboards on Xbox?
Shortie replied to killamch89's topic in Xbox
One of my favourite ways to compete on leader boards on Xbox is through racing games. I love the time trail modes on racing games on Xbox where I can set a high score and then attempt to beat that score or even beat others scores who have taken the same race I have. -
The last game I played was Monopoly Go just a little bit go. Hoping to do well in the dig-event this time around but haven't been as lucky as I have other times.

I am loving the 8bit/16bit graphics on this game, it is a shame that more games do not use these graphics even in some parts of their games. Brings back a lot of memories for sure. This is the first time I am hearing about this game but it is a game I would like to look into.

This looks like the kind of game I would love to play. I love how cosy it looks and from the trailer, I saw fishing which I love in games like this. What drew me to the game was the ability to build your own home and so much more. I have always had a strong interest in these kinds of games so this game is perfect and it being free-to-play is a bonus!

I have noticed a huge influx in roguelike-deck builders being released and it does make you wonder if the increase in popularity is a good thing. I would say it is definitely worth checking out if you have a strong interest in these types of games. I will be checking it out myself.

I love looter shooters but am curious what could make this game different to other looter shooter games that I have played in the past. I will admit, I think this is the first game that I have seen that is part of this genre and available on VR or at least, the first one I have seen.

I'd have to agree with you on this. Layers of Fear would be a perfect option for a horror movie, to be honest, I am actually surprised it has not been considered at all, you would think a game like this would be a perfect candidate.

The graphics are great in this game, love to see graphics like this in a game as we do not see it too often. This is a game that I would very much have an interest in, it is the kind of game I could see myself sitting down and chilling out to.

I missed the playtest but this looks like a fun game and one I would enjoy playing for sure. It always frustrates me that games like this don't always get a lot of exposure so I tend to miss new games like this. Thanks for sharing, have added it to my Wishlist!
