  1. Back when my Dad had an Amiga I always remember him sitting and playing The Lemmings and through watching him play, I got interested in the game and would often ask if I could play. I remember the game being a ton of fun but very frustrating as you progressed through the levels and I would often get annoyed by the fact that I struggled to get past certain levels. I remember hearing that it was supposed to make a comeback but I never heard anything else after that. It would be cool to see The Lemmings make a comeback. Did you ever play The Lemmings?
  2. Chrono Trigger was another game I never got the pleasure to play unfortunately but I do hear that it was a really great game back in it's time and one I regret missing and not playing. I know there are ways I could still play it I believe and I would love to be able to experience the game at some point when I have the time. Watching YouTube videos on it I definitely feel that I would enjoy the game given the chance to play it.
  3. One of the games I remember playing a lot as a child was Pacman. I remember how addictive this game would be when I was a kid and how my parents would always struggle to get me off the game to get ready for bed or even ready for school. It's a really addictive but fun game and the fun part for me was always trying to beat my high score. I am so happy that we now have the ability to play Pacman in the form of a Battle Royale game on the Nintendo Switch as it means I can still play the game but in a more fast paced way. Did you play Pacman growing up and have you played the Battle Royale version on the Nintendo Switch?
  4. I do not have any customized controllers or gear at the moment but I have in the past looked into the Elite 2 controller and also creating my own unique controller through the Xbox Store but the prices at the moment for those are way too much for me to pay under the circumstances. If anything was to change and I was to ever have enough money to get one of these controllers I would jump on it for sure.
  5. I have in the past sold old consoles and video games back to my local games store for store credit that has helped me buy a newer game or console in the past, however it started getting more difficult when I would hand down old consoles to my children when I would upgrade so I have not sold any consoles for a while to get newer consoles, instead it's been that I have bought them outright for say myself or as gifts for my children for say Christmas.
  6. The Xbox Series X is the most expensive console I feel I have ever seen myself to be honest. I would be willing to pay that much for that console but I feel anything any higher than that at this moment in time I would not pay anymore for. In the UK the console itself retails at £449.99 but in a bundle it can be as much as £499.99. That to me is worth it and about as much as I would pay for a console at the moment. I would never pay any scalpers on places like eBay for consoles who tend to buy them at retail and sell them at double the price.
  7. All too often especially when I was growing up you would always get your grandparents saying "Playing those video games is a waste of time, you should be outside playing" and it would often get me thinking am I wasting my time playing these games? The more I grew up and the more I gamed, the more I realised just how much gaming helps me especially mentally. I could sit and watch TV all day and do absolutely nothing or I could sit and play a game, keep my brain working and have it help me in more ways than just having fun. Gaming is definitely not a worthless hobby and I am so glad that people are now taking gaming much more seriously especially in how it helps people.
  8. Graphics do not matter to me at all as long as the game I am playing is good in terms of the storyline. I would much rather play a game that has a great storyline and gets me drawn in than have great graphics and a terrible story line. I always feel that a good storyline for any game makes the game and really pulls you into the game and if the game is playable no matter how good the graphics are I am happy with that.

I honestly did not know that they did a game like this so it must have been one that I missed. It looks like the kind of game I would sit and play though as I have played many games similar in the past. I often sit and look at games that I missed when I was younger and sometimes wish I could go back and play them after missing out. This definitely seems like one of those games for sure!
  10. The one game I remember playing on NES that was based on a movie wasn't a game that I owned personally but it was a game that friends owned and I was able to play on it when I was at their house. It was a fun game and one I did wish I owned myself but never did. Wasn't there also Michael Jackson's Moonwalker available on Nintendo if I remember rightly? This was a game we owned because my brother was a huge fan of Michael Jackson and got the game to play, that was a lot of fun to play as well.
  11. Back when it was first released and when we didn't know anything like we do now for the games it was a game that I really did enjoy a lot and I remember playing it for hours with friends and had a lot of fun. I feel that if it was to be released at a time such as now, knowing what they are capable of for their games now, to me it wouldn't have been the greatest of games. Back then it was all new to use what they were doing with Modern Warfare 2 so back then it felt like a really good game.
  12. I have always been a fan of driving games but I haven't played them in a while myself to be honest. I love to hang out and play games such as Forza Horizon and I remember when I was a kid we used to have a Nigel Mansell I believe it was an F1 game for the Super Nintendo and that was a game I used to spend a good chunk of time playing after school when I had done my homework.
  13. Having seen where VR is now and how much it's progressed over the years, I can only imagine where they will take it in the near future. Technology has evolved so much over the years and we are seeing things I never thought I would see now and had you asked me 20 years ago if we would see things we do now in technology I would have laughed and said no. In terms of how I feel it would be in years to come I really couldn't say but if we go by how other things have evolved I would imagine we would see it being a lot more better than it is now. It is going to be exciting to see it evolve over the years.
  14. I haven't had the opportunity to use a VR headset myself at the moment but from what I hear from others it can be a bit too much to wear it for a long period of time and frequent breaks are necessary if you are going to use one. This leads me to agree that I wouldn't be able to wear one all day in an office, anyone who is able to do this without issue is built different for sure as I can only imagine how it would feel to wear one for a long period of time. Surely wearing it for very long periods wouldn't be good for you though?
  15. Being that I haven't purchased a VR headset or used on myself I only know so much about VR and how it works but I do know that there are quite a few games out that have become quite popular. I know that beat saber is one of the more popular ones and I have seen many people playing this VR game and it does look like a lot of fun but also somewhat difficult. Definitely sounds like a game I would be all for when I did get a VR headset. What is your favourite VR game? What makes you choose this game over all others?
  16. Just Dance 2023 was released last month with a whole new overhaul of the game. It's a refreshing change compared to previous games if I am honest and it's nice to see that they have made improvements. Usually I get it for my kids for Christmas Eve but I got it earlier this year as I plan to change it up a little for Christmas Eve this year. Have you picked up Just Dance 2023 this year? What are your thoughts on the huge overhaul of the game?
  17. I was curious the other day whether they still did games for singing and I was quite shocked to see that they do still do games and there is one that is actively updated that I am hoping to get for Christmas for the family, it's called Let's Sing. There are a lot of awesome songs on it many that will go down really well at Christmas for a laugh and some fun. You don't even need to have a microphone as there is an app that works with the game that you can use the phone as a microphone which I feel is really cool. Have you ever played Let's Sing?
  18. Something I have often pondered is what if the Xbox Series X or S was released in different colors rather than just the standard white and black colour that it is? What if you could choose the colour you wanted? What colour would you go for? I personally would go for a purple colour if the option was there as I feel that would be cool and unique. I know this is never going to happen but it is something that I had been thinking about, seemed an interesting topic.
  19. As much as I have toyed with the idea of betting on esports I often pull myself away from doing so because of how unpredictable they can be to be honest. I know that with my luck I would probably bet and not win but would still try my luck and we all know that never goes well when you do that so it's best for me to steer clear and let the pros continue with that.
  20. Looking back at this brought a whole lot or memories back for sure! It just goes to show how much the controllers have changed over the years and how much you don't fully realize it until you see one from a while back and see the changes made. The price tag is definitely not one I am too keen on but it is something I would love to get my hands on if I was able to and had the funds.
  21. I remember when I first saw the PlayStation 5 console the first thing that came to mind was an internet router as that is what it looked like with the style of it. I still to this day say the same thing that it looks like something I would have in my home for an internet router. It is quite bulky I'm not going to lie but with how much they have to fit in the console, it makes sense that it would be as big as it is.
  22. Being that I am not much of a PlayStation fan to be honest whenever I do go on to play a game if I get any trophies it will be random and not what I have hunted for. I used to be an achievement hunter on Xbox and would religiously try and get achievements in any game I played, but with PlayStation I don't really tend to do that and will just play a game because I enjoy it and get trophies along the way.
  23. My favourite handheld console used to be the Nintendo DS, I used to spend hours playing games on the Nintendo DS. Since the release of the Switch though I have found that because of the games available on there I much prefer that as a handheld now due to the fact I can play games such as Overwatch, Apex Legends, Fortnite and even Fall Guys on the go or away from the TV.
  24. Very much so, it was Destiny. I remember jumping on the game and not being 100% sure on what I needed to do or how things worked and no matter how much I played I found I couldn't get the hang of it. After a while I chose to sit and look up videos and also tutorials to better understand the game and know how to get the best out of the game and now I play it so much and have so much fun on it. I have been trying to teach my daughter Destiny but she has the same issue as me when I started. Hopefully with time she will get the hang of it.
  25. I would have to say Sonic if I am honest. Being a huge fan of Sonic and playing it throughout being a kid so much I got to used to the older model of Sonic, since growing up Sonic has changed so much over the years and as much as I do like it many people have voiced their concerns on how they don't like it at all and often complain about it. Yes the changes are something you do need to get used to especially if you have been a Sonic fan for a while but it is something you can get used to.
