I stopped buying them years ago as well because I realized that they were doing this very often. The last Fifa game I ever bought from them was Fifa 14 and it was just Fifa 13 with slightly updated graphics and a few gameplay tweaks.
To be fair, this is the first time we have seen a move like this from Nintendo so it may just be a one off because they games they have been releasing are still quality.
In terms of working out a settlement, it'll likely happen but it must be said that working with Randy Pitchford is like working with acid - it usually never ends well.
How is Destiny 2 coming along since they split from Activision? Well, I guess they'll be far better off because they can't be pressured by them into adding excessive microtransactions anymore.
I'd like to know the answer to that one because it'd be horrible for a company to force you into doing work on a hospital bed. Aren't the hospitals supposed to have a policy in place to prevent their patients from undergoing undue stress if it doesn't help with patient's recovery?
