I instantly knew when my dog was aware I was at the vet because the moment I opened my mouth, he started barking(he has a special bark for me so anyone who is around him knows I'm coming) so I said to the lady at the desk "I've come to pick up that barking dog." He's a handful to handle at times but he's obedient for the most part - he even started complaining that I left him at the vet. 🤣

But some of them choose to go down the same route as the bigger companies which is stupid because they don't have the revenue or the reputation of those bigger companies. They end up going out of business as a result.

Not necessarily because the amount of retarded delusional adults in the current generation is frightening - I'd never take any advice from them at all.

I'm so surprised (sarcasm). Seriously, This makes so much sense as to why their ratings were always off for many videogames.

My case exactly - If they botch the Dragon Age 4 launch they'll do the same thing and leave the game in its unfixed state. You learn to expect this from EA.

I don't really spend on microtransactions, I spend my money strictly on games.

Good thing I waited until at least a couple weeks after a game launches before I even consider buying a game. I also learned from the whole Star Wars Battlefront 2 fiasco so I know to give any EA title at least 2 months because they'll start to ruin the game within that timeframe.

I agree with your comment for the most part but there are companies like Nintendo, CD projekt Red and a few others that have policies in place to ensure that their staff is satisfied and treated well.

I bought used games back when I had consoles and the games were physical copies but now that I own a gaming PC and a tablet, I have no choice but to get brand new games.

Some games like RDR2 Online I have yet to play because it is horrendous quite frankly. When it is in a better state I'll probably change my stance towards it.

VR could be somewhat of an alternative but you don't want your pets looking at you like this

I'm worried that Dragon Age will be just as terrible as Anthem because EA more or less confirmed Dragon Age is going to be a live-service game (hasn't anyone of these companies learned from the failure of most of these types of games). Knowing EA they'll fill with microtransactions for pretty much every aspect of the game.

You have a valid point there and I really hope they don't go full EA on us because Nintendo is one of the few top gaming companies that I still love for the quality of their games.

The funny thing is, those jokes turned out to be the truth because EA ultimately confirmed as much when they were discussing the future of Fifa a few years back. This is one of the main reasons i don't touch any EA games at all anymore - They are charging far too much for the sub-par games they keep putting out.

Every controversial event with Gearbox Studios always has something to do with him as the catalyst in some way. All the negative PR Gearbox gets is because of him - I don't respect him at all either.

A couple weeks after the reviews were out and everything settled down, they add P2W lootboxes and other microtransactions systems and they have been adding more over time.
