What's a lesser-known PlayStation game you'd recommend?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in Playstation
There's also Folklore for the PS3. It’s a dark fantasy action-adventure game with a unique dual-world concept and fantastic use of the Sixaxis controller. It didn’t get much attention, but it’s a true hidden gem. -
Agreed. I remembered me and my friends going on hunts and having some pretty grand adventures.

What’s a PSP Game You Never Got But Always Wanted?
killamch89 replied to killamch89's topic in Playstation
For me, I always wanted to try Jeanne d’Arc. It looked like such a unique mix of history and tactical RPG gameplay, but it was never in stock at my local stores. -
What Do You Think is PlayStation's Greatest Strength as a Brand?

I agree. Franchises like The Last of Us, God of War, and Horizon Zero Dawn have set a benchmark for storytelling and quality that keeps players invested in the brand. -
What’s One Accessory You Think PlayStation Should Invent?

Personally, I'd like to see a VR treadmill or accessory that allows for 360-degree movement in VR games. -

Tried some game named Scrutinize and honestly, it's probably the best jumpscare game I've ever played. It really got me good a few times!

If you had to choose, would you rather go a full year without listening to music or without watching movies? Both forms of entertainment are such big parts of our lives, but if you had to give one up, which would be harder for you to live without and why? Would it impact your mood, productivity, or creativity?

I’ve recently started getting into gardening and taking care of plants, and I’m curious if anyone else shares the same passion. Whether it’s growing flowers, vegetables, or just caring for houseplants, what’s your experience? Do you find it relaxing, rewarding, or even therapeutic? Any tips for beginners or favorite plants you’d recommend?

I'm curious to know which games on the Neo-Geo system stand out for their unique gameplay mechanics. We all know about the classics like King of Fighters and Samurai Shodown, but what about those lesser-known gems? Which Neo-Geo titles pushed the boundaries in terms of gameplay, innovation, or creative mechanics? Looking for games that offered something truly different, whether it was a game mode, a combat system, or overall gameplay style.

Virtua Cop is often considered a revolutionary game for arcades, but how did it impact the light gun genre? It introduced smoother 3D graphics and a more immersive experience compared to its predecessors, alongside unique gameplay mechanics like dodging and shooting. Did it set new standards for arcade light gun shooters, or was it just one of many games in the genre? What innovations or changes in arcade culture can be attributed to Virtua Cop?

The N-Gage, released in 2003, was a bold attempt at merging gaming and mobile phones. But it struggled due to poor hardware, confusing design, and a limited game library. Do you think it could have succeeded if it was part of the Android or iOS ecosystems, with access to modern app stores, better hardware, and broader developer support? Or was its failure inevitable, regardless of the platform it was on?

The Nokia N-Gage was ahead of its time, trying to merge phones and gaming, but it faced a lot of criticism for its awkward design and limited library. Do you think the N-Gage had any influence on the rise of mobile gaming, or was it just a failed experiment? How did you feel about the idea of phones becoming gaming devices back then, and how does it compare to the mobile gaming scene today?

I’ve been thinking about how Xbox consoles cater to newcomers in the gaming world. Do you think they’re easy for beginners to jump into? Are the menus, settings, and games intuitive enough for someone who’s never gamed before? I’ve heard good things about Game Pass, but does it really help new players get into the hobby?
