It's just like what they planned to in Skyforge by having the political system of Council of Gods in the game but it wasn't up to gamers standards, so they had to pull it for further reviews before bringing it back in the game. Civilization is another game that's very good when it comes to how good its political system gets you very much involved the game because you want to succeed.

How long until you give up on a puzzle and cheat?
Heatman replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
In all honesty, this hardly happens to me because before I get into playing any games, I must have known everything to expect from the game. If there are puzzles in the game, I'm going to know before getting it. So, the puzzle would never have me by surprise. But in a situation where even knowing the puzzles exist in the game and it proved too difficult for me to get across, I might give it a go for at least 2-3 days and if I can't beat it, then I'd seek for help online or from friends who played the game already. -
I would like to see what Tyler Garcia-Posey can do in video games seeing how good he was in the popular TV series Teen Wolf he was a lead character. He's been into video acting before where he voiced the character of Tony Toretto in the animated series Fast & Furious Spy Racers. He also voiced Prince Alonso in Elena of Avalor.

Is there anyone you just can’t stand playing co-op games with?
Heatman replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
Have you ever played with some one who's an ass when it comes to working as a team? I call them glory hunters and they enjoy being in spot all alone. They are the last kind of person that I would be interested in playing co-op games with it because they will leave you hanging out to dry just to be on the spot light for their ego. -
Seriously, I'm not sure if there's any gamer that enjoys the nonsense of fetch this or that side quest. It can be very annoying most of the time and it's not worth the effort put into doing that. Take for instance what you experience in playing the side quest Scan the Keepers in Mass Effect 1 where you keep running around the Citadel trying to catch the little wired aliens and having them scanned with a device. Finding them can be very annoying and frankly frustrating because some of them are damn buggy that you can't even find them.

At first, consoles are my first go when it comes to where I usually play video games. It's why I'm so much into playing on Playstation consoles more than any other platform. But that doesn't mean that I ain't playing on other platforms because I play on Xbox, PC and Nintendo Switch. I used to play on mobile phones but I hardly do so now.

I'm going to try and interprete this your inquiry the way I easily understand it because there isn't much details to make it specific. With that being said, I'd say that you're asking about games you can play being all alone and one's you have to play with people being around and you can play it together with them. For games that I enjoy playing being all alone, it's most horror games like The Evil Within, Alien Isolation, Until Dawn and so much more. For games I love playing with people; they are, Call of Duty series, Fortnite, Titanfall 2, Sea of Thieves, No Man's Sky etc.

You're very correct about video games helping out with one's mental health because a lot of people have supported the fact that it helped them deal with their depression at one point. @Kane99supported that assessment not long ago in one of the threads that it helped him deal with his depression.

Don't just mind silly people because what I understand is that they have a dislike for something that they don't participate in, which is why they easily rule it out as something that's not worthy of spending time on, thereby labelling it a waste of time. I love football. I play and also enjoy watching but that doesn't affect how I feel towards playing video games.

You don't actually have subscribe to the channels at all because you can very well check out their contents before subscribing to the channel. Subscription doesn't prevent you from watching and knowing if it's something you like or hate. Once their contents downstairs meet your standard, you walk away.

It depends on the budget that I have every year which always differs from year to year. Sometimes, I spend $300 or more than it yearly. There are also time when I spend lesser than $300. Also the kind of games released in the year influences how I spend too.

Everything depends on the kind of games that you play and what it offers you in terms of education. Take for instance, in most simulation games where you get to simulate real life events, it helps to groom you on such task. Also, I playing car racing and driver simulation games taught me how to drive in real life. It's where I learnt almost everything about car driving and parking.

The moment the child can be able to understand what he or she is doing is a good time to start playing video games once they can be able to appreciate it. With that being said, I believe that from the age of 3 years upwards should be decent enough for any child to stop playing video games. I didn't start playing early enough because my parents were anti-gaming.

I'm always very careful with clicking on links to avoid getting caught up with shit. Next time, you can easily have the video on YouTube link embedded in your post. It's a lot safer. Since the update came with a YouTube video, it works even better for more clarity. For those interested in watching the video without clicking the link, here it is.

Assassin's Creed should mix past and present again
Heatman replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
Damn!!! I have just been schooled here now with this further explanation on what the said term "Indie Game" truly meant. I must confess that I was among those who used the term without fully understanding it. With that being said, @Shaggerthanks for the education. Adding to your sense of humour, I just picked up a new name for EA - Donkey Shit 😂!! -
Upcoming game you are looking forward to playing?
Heatman replied to Nebulous's topic in Gaming Forum
The very first time I watched the game's announcement trailer, my interest in the peaked so high and that was when I was very convinced that I was going to get the game. -
I never had an account on Hulu but because of the new movie Prey streaming on it, I had to get the app pay for their subscription. The movie was really worth it. I'm also going to get it on my Switch since it's available on it as well and see how I can use it there too.

I would looking forward to getting a new cooking Simulator game in Chef Life: A Restaurant Simulator. It's going to be released on 2nd February, 2023. I have always wanted to own a restaurant in real life, so I'd be looking at creating what my dream restaurant would look like. -
Do you think 3D gaming will make a comeback? (3D TVs)
Heatman replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
3D have brought the competition as far as it can but with what's going on right now with technological advancement in respect to the Metaverse and VR, they have almost kicked 3D to the curb. I think that 2024 is too early to expect it go but from 2025 upwards, it's got a good chance. -

If Mafia 4 is going to half as good as what it's been said to be when it gets released finally, then I'd be very much interested in getting into it all over again. But right before that, you're right about how a downgrade the story was in the game's second release which was part of the reason why I had to stop playing it. Mafia 1 was awesome in every way, I have nothing negative to say about it. I think I'm going to get the remake of Mafia 1 too and play while we wait for the cooking Mafia 4. -
Keeping track of minor character/quest information in RPGs
Heatman replied to StaceyPowers's topic in Gaming Forum
The character of Ish who is a crafty fisherman from The Last Of Us would consider a minor character in the game but who happened to play a big part in helping a lot of women and children survive and live to fight another day. On the other hand, would you consider the character of Atreus in God of War as a minor one? -
They have already started the production of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 after the 2nd release. They have already announced its release date which is scheduled for December 20th, 2024. https://www.videogameschronicle.com/news/sonic-3-movie-release-date/

Do you think 3D gaming will make a comeback? (3D TVs)
Heatman replied to Kane99's topic in Gaming Forum
Even with VR not being used yet by a good number of gamers, it's pulling a big swing in the industry. One of the thing that's holding it back a little is the price it comes with. Once it becomes affordable, 3D gaming will go into oblivion. -
If it's needing one, I definitely need it and in all honesty, the price for it isn't a big problem for me. It's just not available for immediate purchase down here for us. It looks like I'm going to try out getting it from Playstation.com if I don't have any breakthrough by the end of next month.

You're right with how most of them are turning to TikTok right now. The platform is carrying a big wave because just about everything goes to TikTok now. I'm not sure if it's going to affect other streaming channels but you can never be so sure. I'm actually a big fan of Rob Weithoff. There's a sense of uniqueness to his voice.
