My vote would be to this game. A lot of chance for expansion but they did their best I assume.

Outer Wilds. The game with the most realistic physic I've seen in a game yet full of stuff that couldn't exist in irl. Most planets are just strange but one planet is totally a nightmare.

I would give Layers Of Fear: Legacy my vote. It's so immersive, yet repellent, that it's like a dream state.

Frostpunk is definitely a good one for me. It sets in a frozen city with a lot of ice where survival is very difficult as you have to struggle with everything in order to survive in the city.
