Best voice actors in video games?

Who are some of your favourite voice actors in video games? 

I could name a lot of people here, but most recently I've enjoyed Claudia Black as Morrigan in Dragon Age.

Big fan of Nolan North (Nathan Drake). He just completely owns that character. He's also done voice acting for a ton of other games, including Destiny.

I don't place much stock or pay much attention to this kind of thing...But Sugar Kiper in LA Noire was cool to see.

Also Bif Naked as Zoe, Jim Rose as Psymon were amazing in SSX Tricky.

I love the guy who does Deckar Cain in Diablo series. But I do not honestly know who is the "voice actor".

Definitely Troy Baker (especially in MGS V) and Nathan Fillion in Destiny 2 as Caydee. My absolute favorite voice though, even though he's not a voiced character is that of Logan Cunningham, the announcer in Transistor and Bastion. That guy has the voice of god!

Also a huge fan of Laura Bailey. Insanely underrated.

One voice actor that always sticks in my mind is one from Black Ops 2. I remember not long after Black Ops 2 was released I was sat doing something on the PC and someone in my household was playing Black Ops 2 and one voice caught my attention, I knew I had heard it in a television show I had been watching but couldn't pin point it at first. Anyway I ended up googling Black Ops 2 voice actors and it was then that I saw the person who's voice I recognized. It was Jason Beghe who plays Hank Voight in Chicago PD. I think because of the lines used in the game that he voiced that is why it always sticks in my mind, they were just great and always had me chuckling and his voice really made the lines work.
