Jerlene Posted November 10, 2018 Posted November 10, 2018 When my sleep pattern is normal I get up around 7 in the morning. Lately I've been getting up around noon because my sleep pattern is all over the place. I'll even settle for a happy medium. 😞
o-o Posted November 11, 2018 Posted November 11, 2018 Depends; when I go to work, as I'm in shifts I can wake up really early. In "holidays" I should be up around 9 AM.

mont86 Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 I do rotating shift , 8 to 4.. six days in a row then  , 4 to midnight for 7 days the mid to 8 am for 7 days .. so It varies greatly.

I hate getting up before the sun rises, I'm not sure why but it grinds my gears. Unless I am travelling a very far distance or to catch an early flight, I am not getting up that early lol.

I'm a flexible worker so my shifts vary from time to time but generally speaking, I set my alarm for 5 or 6AM and head of to work for 7-8PM. The days I'm not earning money, I'll aim to get up for 9-10PM to have a shower and relax and then make plans for how I'm going to spend the rest of my day.Â
