StaceyPowers Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 How long do you search for hard-to-find quest items in games before you give up and check the internet?
The Blackangel Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 A few days on average. I had to look online to find the fourth shrine (Keh Namut) because I couldn't see anything from any angle or location that I looked from that was suggesting that anything special was there.
Shole Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 I give up after 15min and usually google it. I usually watch guides or gameplay nowadays before I play a game or anything 😄

I see now that I neglected to mention that I was playing Zelda BOTW.
killamch89 Posted January 21, 2021 Posted January 21, 2021 I hate having to use guides in a game so that is a last resort from me. I'll literally check everywhere (which is time-consuming mind you) to see if I missed any clues and click on random things and once I've tried every other strategy under the sun and I can find it, then I'll consult a walkthrough guide.
Heatman Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 If the item isn't that much important, I'm definitely not going to be wasting much time trying to find. Give or take, it's not getting past 24 hours and that's it for me.Â
