    True! As long as it is something that you are not overdoing in a way that you're going to start experiencing some consequences afterwards, I think there is nothing wrong with playing your games that way.

    I have always had a high metabolic rate so I can eat a lot of food and burn it off almost as quickly. Before you know it, I'm hungry again, lol.

    I don't take naps during the day. I only sleep once a day i.e at night for 8 straight hours.

    Well, yes. Playing video games is a hobby for me. And there's nothing wrong with people who spend some bucks on their hobby. It's a way to relax. You invest in yourself.

    I crave for different kinds of food depending on my mood. Also it depends on how long its been that I had that particular food since last time I had it.

    I think my habit of sleeping 8 hours a day really helps me make my life better. I wake up fresh, filled with energy and goals to accomplish during the day.

    There should always be priority in whatever someone is doing. Yes, it's good to have fun but when it's time to do other important things, it's right to move on from fun and face that.

    As long as you're playing your video games judiciously, it's always going to be worth it even if you tend to spend a few bucks in the game's microtransactions if you're the type who plays mostly free to play games.

    Exactly. That's how I see it as well. It's a hobby that I do in my free time - if you're having issues that need to handled in your life and you're gaming instead of taking care of that, I'd consider that wasting your time.
