My interests are the same. I grew up with light 80's rock bands & still prefer those older songs. Especially to newer ones of today. I do listen to more alternative easy-listening music than I did when I was younger. That is to keep stress levels down lol

That's interesting - it's the first I've ever heard of Carbonite or at least, I think so? I'll definitely check it out.
It depends on service provider - not all clouds are created equally...
You probably should prioritize it - less headache in case something happens.

That irks me no end! Especially if I’m waiting in the car & others are waiting in theirs & they have the windows rolled down & just have to have it playing loud. Not everybody wants to listen to music when they are waiting. Why do you think those people do that? If you do, why do you do it? I've always been curious at the reasoning. No judging, just like to learn things. 🙂

Good for you for sticking with it! I had joined a gym many years ago. I also loved taking the different classes they had available. Do any of you do classes too? What are your favorites?
Right now though, I prefer exercising at home. I have DVDs & use Youtube to follow some fitness trainers. I only have a couple of dumbbells as I prefer bodyweight exercises more.

At the 2000 Paralympics, the Spanish basketball team won gold. Only two team members had a disability.

I'm already child-free by choice. 
I have great respect for parents but I could never be one. I am not fit to be a parent. 
So yeah I will take the three million.
I would also homeschool if I had kids. The school system in the US is a joke.

It's great you make out time to play with your parents once in a month and play your favourite games. As for my own case, I stay away from my parents, I'm a bachelor, I do play with friends, but mostly alone. 
 
It's pretty nice you found your time enjoyable with your co-workers, who you met at work. Not everyone can be our friends, but the ones privileged to, will be entertained. 

Agreed - everything in this world deserves to live the way they want as long as it's not affecting another's way of life.

I agree that coughing is by far the more annoying one as you literally have to stop what you're doing to address it. Especially, when it's continuous with no end in sight.

Billiards is a term often used to describe these type of cue style games in a general way, but technically it's actually a different game from Pool or Snooker.
 
 

Billiards is the proper name of the sport itself, but I usually say pool. I remember when we used to shoot pool all the time and my friend called me up to go shoot some pool. We were chatting on the phone for a couple minutes and he asked if I had some cue tips. I told him I'd bring some. So we're in the car driving to the pool hall and he asked if I brought some cue tips. He mentioned his ear itches and it just didn't register with me at the time. All I was thinking about was pool. So I said yeah I got some cue tips. And I said I brought glue too LOL. So I showed him a pack full of cue tips and glue. The cue tips I had were the tips you put on the end of a cue stick with glue to stick it on. He laughed so hard because he wanted actual cue tips for ears!!! LOL

My sentiments exactly - I don't want anyone brainwashing my kids with false ideologies and preaching hatred and segregation.

Personally, I'd choose the music as well because I want such a wide variety of movies that individual stars most times don't even matter to me.

The best therapists have 4 legs and fur. Mine have gotten me through my roughest times. All I have to do is hold my pitbull and the whole world is right again.

Sometimes, you do have to unplug from everything. I try to do it at least once a month because being on the internet all the time is exhausting if you don't disconnect from it.

So true - it's such a crazy world out there and it just gets worse every day. Unless I can afford to homeschool my kids, there's no way I'd send them to regular school. Too much brainwashing and the traditional education system is turning the kids into slaves instead of free thinking individuals.

Pass on the kids. I've explained my reasoning before, but I don't want kids under any circumstance. The money would be great, but as @ZandraJoi said, it's not about the money. My fur and feather babies are all I want, and all I need.

I live in a more urban area so of course, there isn't a lot of places I can go take random nature walks. Unless, I just go into the nearby bushes which I do to meditate sometimes.

So true and what you're left with is a bunch of snowflakes who believe that everyone must think one way.

Thanks.  I'm making progress on the guitar, the lessons on Rocksmith are getting harder now.  I have, however hit a little snag on the bass.  The Nutt (the bar at the top of fretboard that holds the strings in place) has broke so the bass is out of commission until I can replace it.
 

I don’t care for the cold & I can’t find much that I like about winter lol Days are short, no sun, no warmth, no colors. Just so dreary. Only thing I DO like is because I like stargazing, there's new constellations overhead that I don't get to see in the summer. I bundle up & can get lost in time with my telescope. 

Sorry to hear of your uncle passing! Have you been able to learn anything? 
I think the best way to learn is first, to have the willingness to learn as well as the desire. There are loads of books, videos people can read & watch. When I learn something, I tend to learn on my own but I do like having a one on one to help me when I get stuck. Some people prefer classes as that fits their personality better.
