Depends on the game. If it's something I got on sale, I may not play it for weeks, months, years or even ever. But when it's a game I want to play, usually the day of, or the next. Whenever I can get free time to play.

On average, how much time passes between you buying a game and playing it? I realize it might be quite hard to figure this out, if it is sometimes days and sometimes years! I think with me, it probably averages out to about half a year.

Maybe you should check out Virtual Families. Maybe it's something that you would fancy to play.

They can learn this in addition to Maths & English, much like any other subject being taught besides those two. When I was in primary school we had computers installed toward the end of my time there, which helped me decide that I wanted to get into IT and games design for middle school. I still want to know what that Noddy game was all about though...
Not gonna lie, the marketing worked on me too. It's made me genuinely curious about this, to say I'm not that big on these sorts of coding game. Gonna have to wait a few days for the price.

I'm pleased to know that more children will be introduced to S.T.E.M fields through this. I hope it proves an educational experience that will boost the argument that video games can be good for people, rather than just a PR stunt.

The gameplay seems too slow. It looks too much like a Battlefield game. You'll have to speed it up alot if want it to play like 2042. The fact that this presumably only had a MONTH to be created, yet captures everything from BF2042 already is…sad and amazing. I’m…speechless.

A bit modern version of the isometric style RPG game with better sounds and the graphics. I liked this one thought of sharing here.

This looks promising. I like The Messenger a lot, the gameplay, visuals, and music specifically. The writing though was very cringe. It tried way too hard to be meta, and nearly all the jokes just fell flat because they were all basically “we know this is a game, isn’t that quirky?” I hope this game takes a more sincere approach, and the jokes are more genuine and less wink wink, nudge nudge.

In this 4v1 game, players take on the role of either one of four ill-fated "survivors" or a lone-wolf killer. Those who are taking on the odds can choose from several iconic horror-movie killers including Michael Myers from Halloween, Freddy Krueger from Nightmare on Elm Street, a Demogorgon from Stranger Things, and more.
Dead by Daylight Mobile launches on the App Store and Google Play on April 16. Android players can pre-register by heading here, while iOS players can pre-register by visiting this link. Those who pre-register receive bonuses ranging from in-game Iridescent Shards to cosmetic clothing for their characters.

Playing the game on Mobile platform was never an option up for consideration to me because I have always felt odd when it comes to gaming on mobile. Even with your experience expressed now on the game, it's even reinforced my stance to stick to what I have on PS4.

The game takes forever to load, once you find a match it takes FOREVER TO LOAD, and you die as a survivor in less than a minute. You die that fast because the HUD is trash and I can’t customize my own controls . The item button is right next to where the right thumb goes and swipes from right to left. The analog stick is too far to the left and I have big hands and I have an Pro 10 and using a windows phone before that, They need to allow us to customize our button layout and make the games load faster

Well, I didn't see that one coming. I had to look it up on Google Play Store and it was available there too. It's got decent reviews with 4.5 rating as well. It's just 125 MB for its file size, I might just decide to give it a go just for fun sake, not planning on playing it for a long term.

Yeah I remember Playboy the Mansion, but never played it. I imagine it's just meant to be an adult game and has no substance like the Sims does. I might play it now for shits and giggles.
Afterlife sounds familiar as well. Maybe I'm confusing it with second life or something similar. That actually looks pretty dope, like a more realistic version of the Sims. I'll have to look more into that one.

Oh goodness, of course there is. Surprised something like this is even allowed on a mobile marketplace.
All I want is a 3d like Sims game where I can do more. I'm completely skipping mobile games though.

I don't know, I feel like coding is going to be a popular thing to get in for the new generation of kids and teens. I mean, I wish I took up coding, and if they make it fun and easy like this, I probably would have done it in school as well. Sadly we didn't have stuff like this when I was in school.
Coding is the start to many things, and arguably is an important job these days. Pretty much everyone uses the internet, computers, phones, and other tech items. As well, new tech causes so much to change, that coding has to change with it. Code one day, won't be the same the next.

There are more important things then coding and looking at screens unless you are in collage and you are in a computer class then yes that's cool. MAths and English comes first. Yet I wish it was there around my school years LOL

This is really cool, the team behind Autonauts vs Piratebots are giving teachers, lecturers and other people in the education sector free copies of the game. Supposedly it'll only be 5000 copies, but if you're a teacher and want to get this for your students, I believe you have to reach out to them.
The cool thing about this game, is that it uses basic coding to fight off pirates. Think of it like you're the antivirus and you're trying to protect against the viruses. It's a pretty cool concept and if it helps teach people to code, than that's pretty cool too.

The game is also dropping on steam soon for $19.99

It was his gimmick, he was loud, annoying and screamed a lot. I never understood why people thought he was fun to watch back then, but I suppose a bunch of kids were into that kind of stuff. I like the more reserved version of him that he is today. I still don't like his content, but he's at least bearable to listen to when you see him. He still is quite animated with his act, but he's less loud from what I see.

What are some games where you had to work at empathizing with/understanding the characters? It took me a while to empathize with a lot of the characters in The Outer Worlds (more the NPCs at large—shipmates were pretty easy) due to how indoctrinated they are.

I'm not a big Bandai Namco fan. I like some games, but most of the games aren't really in my wheelhouse. I am interested in Little Nightmares III, but mainly because I've yet to play the first two. I haven't played a DBZ game in years and I never really got into their fighting games.

Gonassis got a reaction from DC in How do you feel about paying full price for new versions of games you already bought?
It really depends on the price, for some I'm happy to pay (Chrono Cross was I think 20 eur), for others that blast up the price to 79 EUR I just see them as money grabs and wait for a summer/winter sale. Luckily my backlog is huge so I don't mind waiting a year or two to play FF7 Remake part 1, 2 and 3 in some type of a deluxe edition.
