Kangaroos can't survive in the cold winters here, so I would have to have a heated building for them to live in when it gets cold. And a dolphin would also be extremely difficult to take care of because I wold have to be constantly checking the water to make sure it had the right salinity level. But for the sake of argument, if neither of those were a factor, I would prefer the dolphin. I've done dolphin encounters, and fed them at Sea World, and they are just amazing sweethearts.

Or they're completely exempt from paying that as well simply because they're a charity. Also, the government tends to almost always own the building the charity in question is located in when it's a federally operated charity.

This is my personal definition. A progressive is someone looking to the future, and trying to fix today to make tomorrow better. We see the issues that are needing work, which includes the ones that are flat out broken, and we work on the ones most damaged first and then hit the small ones. We work to improve as much as we can. Brown grass today, hopefully green grass tomorrow. A liberal is almost identical, but we also focus on individual rights as well. Not only do we try to make the grass green tomorrow, but we try to keep the rights of the gardener intact. Whether he/she is an immigrant or born a citizen is irrelevant. They have to have the same rights as the ones here who hired them or our social system is fucked. Individual human rights matter. But people are tending to abuse these rights, like the ones fighting the vaccine and spreading covid. We support their right to have an opinion, but sometimes that opinion is dangerous. Like the ones fighting against the vaccine. So a progressive focuses on social issues, and a liberal focuses on individual peoples issues.

I do a different kind of charity, one that I've taken upon myself. I buy packs of water a lot. The kind that are like 40 bottles for $3. Then I go around and give them out to the homeless and people working outdoors during the summer. The days get extremely hot and humid here, and the water is a requirement. This way I know for a fact that it's going to those that need it. I'm wary of donating money to any charity, because (as already stated) all too often it goes into the pocket of the administration, instead of to the charity itself. They cook the books to try to hide it, but it doesn't always work.

I can't stand people who follow trends. It says to me that their identity is so weak that they have to wait for someone else tell them who they are. Granted I have had interest in some things that were trends, but even after the trend was done and over with, that doesn't mean I lost interest in it. For example I love fidget spinners. I have a bunch of them and am always on the lookout for more that I like. Though since the trend has died, they've become extremely hard to find.

I have an angel kiss which from time to time hurts if I haven't cleaned the bar thoroughly enough. It can get a little crust which hurts like hell if it goes through the hole.
