  1. With a micro-SD card 1.2GB isn't as huge as you're making it out to be. I'm not surprised that the game is packed with far more microtransactions than Fortnite or PUBG because that has been the common theme of Activision over the last 5 years.
  2. Not really surprised to be honest, Activision always seems to ship a lot of half-ready games nowadays.
  3. PUBG has always been full of bots/hackers - that's one of the main issues they could never fix. Most PC gamers aren't into mobile games much so that is totally understandable.
  4. Even by the greedy microtransaction standards of mobile games, it is at the extreme end of the scale and that says a lot.
  5. I started with the first one but it was Melee that got me hooked as well. Me and my friends used to spend hours playing it everyday at my house.
  6. I had one for like a year - it was pretty decent with the few games it had but the lack of new game titles and support made me sell it.
  7. It's kind of the same thing with Dead Space 3, EA seems to have a habit of completely screwing up by the third release in a franchise - at least, in the pass decade.
  8. What year did you get a Mega Drive?
  9. The problem is that most of these developers are the ones making these outlandish claims and rather than be honest from the get-go, they sell you all kinds of false promises and when the final product is released, they expect us the consumers to buy their product without holding them to the promises they made. There's a thing called competition and if companies aren't as good as their competitors, they'll be left behind in the dust - that is true of any business sector. A lot of it also have to do with how game has been marketed, if the marketing strategy is executed well enough, even a mediocre game can be a hit at least in the short term.
  10. You're forgetting that by playing these games we are guaranteed to go to hell because we signed the devil's contract thus selling our souls.
  11. Hey - the pyramid thing is a brilliant idea. It could make for a very good game night event....or maybe not...
  12. Welcome To VGR! We'd appreciate your input on a regular basis so please feel free to join the discussions.
  13. I don't even own one and I could tell you it's the best game on the Nintendo Switch 🤣 (long-time Smash Bros fan so I'd know).
  14. Yeah, you're mostly right except with used items they do tend to understate the issue with the item itself (happened to me before) and the whole issue of getting a refund which took nearly 2 months is really annoying.
  15. Totally valid point there - I also thought he was talking about a game from one of the larger gaming companies.
  16. A pretty detailed review as usual @Alyxx - I really enjoyed the Mass Effect franchise up until this one and I hadn't really given this game much of a chance because of the issues you mentioned.
  17. Not really - this is a result of the gaming companies wanting to capitalize on the asian market because it is very huge and profitable. That's how capitalism works...
  18. It was reported a couple of months back some time around or just after E3 that the Last Of US 2 would be out in 2020.
  19. The greed of huge companies trying to minimize manufacturing costs while maximizing process also allowed for this situation to develop in the first place so they are far more at fault than even the Chinese. The Chinese have seen a lucrative opportunity and grabbed it and I can't blame them really.
  20. It was always made to trick unsuspecting players (mainly kids) out of their money and cause them to continuously spend uncontrollably.
  21. I also had one a while back but I barely remember most of the games that I played for it.
  22. That's very true - as I said to @Alyxx earlier you could use them to make a pyramid when you're bored out of your mind or use it as a make-shift stand for a projector.
