I'm bracing myself for disappointment but hoping for the best because outside of Capcom and maybe Square Enix, most of the other remakes I've seen from major companies have all flopped massively.

You don't. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to gaming. Some like a particular console/platform while others love playing on multiple platforms. At the moment, I don't think I have more than 10 controllers. Others here have various consoles from previous eras so they'd have more controllers than you or I.

Panic Room (2002) - 9/10

Probably the best fight of the series so far.

Just touched Monster Hunter World for the first time in over a year and I'm surprised that the game is still relatively active. We had a Three-way battle with us trying to hunt a Anjanath but in the middle of it got jumped by a group of other monsters who were trying to take out the both of us. We decided to help the Anjanath as it was easier to fight one big enemy where we could dodge most of his attacks while these smaller agile enemies were making it far harder to coordinate any team attacks.

When I started playing Elden Ring, it reminded me so much of the original Dark Souls game. I mean, Yes, it is from the same developers but some of the bosses reminded me of villains from the original game.

I'm not sure - the combat is a bit "meh" in my opinion but I'd like to know more about the story. Because the whole experience seems quite mediocre to me. I haven't seen anything that makes this game truly stand out.

This would be insane to play in VR. It seem to have the fluidity of Mirror's Edge mixed flawlessly with the attacking mechanics. I like it!
